Poor Cleaning and Missing Wedding Ring
I wish I had read the…read morereviews more carefully before booking My Miracle Cleaning House Cleaning. Unfortunately, I only came across another customer's review regarding missing items after my own experience.
I hired this company for a deep cleaning on August 14, 2026. Three cleaners were sent to my home. John, Lumeys, and Damaris. John served as the interpreter for Lumeys and Damaris during the cleaning. Based on my experience, I was very disappointed with the service.
The cleaning did not meet my expectations for a deep cleaning. Damaris cleaned my walk-in shower, but when I inspected it, there was still splattered soap from the night before on the shower tiles, along with a white film on the bathroom tile floor. I had to show John how I expected the shower to be cleaned, and I ultimately cleaned the shower myself.
I also noticed that areas such as underneath the bed, picture frames, baseboards, doors, and AC vents had not been properly cleaned. Some of the mirrors were only partially cleaned. The furniture, stove, and refrigerator were also not moved to clean underneath or around them.
Because of the poor cleaning job, Rachel agreed to have the cleaning re-done with a new crew that she felt would be a better match. The re-cleaning was initially scheduled for August 21, 2026, but Rachel later changed the appointment to Wednesday because the person she had in mind would be available August 26, 2026. After my son discovered that his wedding ring was missing, I canceled the cleaning re-do.
My son told me that the night before the cleaning crew arrived, he opened his box to look at the ring, and it was there. When he opened the box again a week later he discovered that his ring was missing.
I immediately called Rachel, but she did not answer. I left a voicemail and also sent her a text message regarding my son's missing wedding ring. I also text pictures of the empty boxes the ring was kept in.
Rachel said missing items had never been a problem with her cleaning crews, and that this was the first time she had encountered any issue like this. Rachel told me she would reach out to the cleaning crew regarding the missing ring. I was told that two of the three cleaners were out of the country due to a family emergency.
I found another customer's review on another platform stating that after returning from traveling, the customer found that her home had not been properly cleaned, lights had been left on, and items were missing. I had not seen that review before booking.
To be clear, this was my situation and experience...My son opened the box to look at the ring the night before the cleaning crew arrived. A week later
my son opened the box to look at his ring and discovered that the ring was missing. I reported the issue to Rachel by phone and text. I also provided pictures of the ring, its empty case, and the box.
I do not have company or entertain at my house.
Overall, I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of the cleaning and the unresolved issue involving my son's wedding ring.
Based on my experience, I would not book this company again.
