She also didn't have Soft Scrub - only Comet which is a little harsh on surfaces (in my opinion). Given the above, she did an AMAZING job in doing my move-in cleaning. She did a fantastic job on the sticky shelves and drawers that the previous owner's shelf 'stuff' had left. She did all the baseboards and windows. She cleaned the fridge and bathroom and really - everything was just wonderful. She gave me a spread of cost, we agreed on the lower and I ended up giving her the higher amount because she did such a good job. I just found this review in my drafts! So sorry Claudia!

I hope this situation was a good learning experience for them. Arrive when you say you are going to arrive and be communicative with your customers. After reading the unfortunate response from ownership, their unprofessional behavior and refusal to accept responsibility for mistakes forces me to advise against hiring this company for your home cleaning needs.

Was able to quickly schedule her for the upcoming weekend. She's great because she's available on weekends, unlike some of the cleaning companies. Before starting I asked her for a quote and confirmed the pricing and duration. She asked if there were allergies or concerns about cleaner. Felt so refreshed after getting a cleaning from Delia! She finished a little bit over than what she had quoted, but still held firm to the original quoted price which was appreciated as a customer. Great thing is that after a deep clean if she comes back within 2 months you get the discounted regular clean rate without having to commit to a monthly schedule or subscription. As long as she's back every 2 months it's a maintenance clean. very simple!

It's clear they genuinely care about their customers and stand behind their work. If you're looking for a company that communicates well, follows through, and genuinely cares about making things right when expectations aren't met, I would absolutely recommend giving La Clean House a try.

A few months ago I hired another service to do a deep clean with the intent of making it a more regular thing if I liked the work. But they were dismal! The products they used smelled so strong and lingered for days, giving me a headache for a week afterwards. It was my first time ever hiring a cleaner, though, so I thought maybe my expectations were just too high, culminating in a pretty disappointing and discouraging experience. Absolutely Clean was my second attempt at finding a service and the difference between them and the previous company was night and day. She was extremely thorough and meticulous, cleaning things and areas I hadn't even expected her to. She even got stains off my oven that I had long given up on. She was very sweet and professional as well. The products she used did not smell bad and the scent was mostly gone by the end of the day.
