The crew of four worked very efficiently and were thorough in all the spots. My husband and I are still working from home, so we moved around when they had to come into our office spaces, no problem. Very communicative and flexible. Masks and booties were worn as well. FYI if you are a regular customer, they leave a basket of towels and certain cleaning tools (brushes, sponges) at your place which is great.

Our full move-out clean for a 2 bedroom apartment was $250, with an additional $32 for four window sills/tracks. For our move-out clean we had a detailed checklist that included inside the oven, refrigerator/freezer, cabinets and drawers, degreasing the kitchen, deep bathroom cleaning, vents, baseboards, floors, and pet hair cleanup, and everything was handled thoroughly. Long story short when she arrived at the studio with two of her helpers I told her I didn't think 175 was enough for a job and I was gonna pay 200 as that seemed fairer. When they were done about an hour and a half later she asked me to come check it. I went by and everything seemed fine however I failed to check carefully. . Only after they left and I was gonna go take some pictures for a listing did I realize they hadn't touched the refrigerator. It was full of food from the previous tenant and food in the freezer as well. There was a cabinet in the bathroom that they didn't even open because it had dirty towels in and some stuff on the shelves. It's just really strange. Anyway, I ended up cleaning out the refrigerator and freezer myself. I then ran a vacuum over the rugs and ended up with a complete container of dog hair and dirt so they definitely need a better vacuum. I really wanted to like them and give them a good review. However, I don't think they will improve on their shortcomings unless they are made aware. The last thing is the communication is a major issue.

We used Noble twice as part of a move in to our new home and move out of our old house and they were AMAZING! With a move, timelines can be tight, but Noble was able to get cleaners (and a steaming company) to both houses with just a few days notice and make the entire process seamless for us. They were proactive about letting us know the timing for their team and while we were not able to be there, their team sent us photos of the results (which we then verified in person--results were amazing). For cleaning our move out house, they called to say it would be one more hour (and a higher fee than the initial quote off the internet). We had ZERO issues with paying that. It is hard to do an accurate quote without doing a walkthrough, so if you book them online and the final cost is a little higher, give them grace. They do a really good job and are fair, communicative and transparent about pricing and scope of work. As said, our former landlord loved their work. We will hire them again this fall to clean before and after for one of our parties. They have a really great team and deserve your business (and cash tips).
