This review is for the Harmony dry cleaning store. Not the Tomball one, regarding employee Juanita. I went in on August 1st, 2022 to pick up my husbands dry cleaners as usual. Juanita told me one of his shirts was ruined, when I asked to see it, she said they didn't even have it with them because it was torn up completely. She said she would give me a credit for $80 between her and I, and that my total for that day was $46 and some change. I didn't get a receipt or anything, she just let me take the clothes and said next time, I would have another remaining credit since she told me she would credit me $80. Now, each one of my husbands shirts are $90, but fine, I took it. My husband went back to pick up another one of his dry cleaning on 8/24/22 and another girl helped him and told him that Juanita said the $80 was already used by me. INCORRECT AND A LIE. So I called today 8/26/22 to speak directly with Juanita, and she straight up lied to me and said I used up the total on 7/22/22. That's a lie. I have texts to my husband on 8/1/22 asking him what he would want me to do about the credit because I was there and I wanted to make sure he was in agreement before I left the cleaners with his clothes. Juanita tried using a different date and different charge to tell me the credit was already used... and a few days ago I found ANOTHER SHIRT RUINED AND PATCHED UP! Bottom line, this lady is a liar and does shady business and she's not even the owner or anyone who should be making business with customers! I've been a customer of theirs for years!! Not anymore! Not everyone cares to reach out to someone who was unhappy with their services. And also, my clothes were dry cleaned very well. - Rushed to pick up my dry cleaning after work because I was told it was ready after 5 so I get there at 6:45 because they close at 7 and they're closed already. I really needed my dress for an event that night. Had to drive over there again to get it the next day and told the woman at the front about what happened and she didn't seem to care and said I could not get a discount for the inconvenience. After reviewing my dry cleaning in my closet I noticed that one of my tops was completely ruined. The sleeves were shortened and the structure of the top was completely altered. I went to the store to see what solution they can provide and the woman at the desk was extremely rude. She said she needed to review the video tapes accusing me of not bringing this $395 blouse to their shop. She said I needed to contact the store I purchased it at as they cleaned it like they should. I asked for the owner or manager contact information. She then gave me a number that had a busy signal when called. I told her that I was growing increasingly upset and said my husband and I have both brought items to their store. She rolled her eyes looked up my name and said "you've been here a lot before? You've only been here a few times". She then wanted me to leave the blouse there and said someone would call me but didn't know when. She was extremely unprofessional and unless you want to risk ruining your clothes I would not bring your business here. *This was the harmony Rayford road location. read more

Had a pair of jeans cleaned and starched at Clean Touch. Get home to find black stains on the jeans. Come back and they attempt to clean it off. Come time find out that it is acid and burned two holes in the jeans. The jeans cost $60 and myself and front desk worker both verified. The owner offered to patch the jeans or offer a $50 credit and keep the jeans. So Im still coming out on the loosing end. Had to get on the phone with the owner and complain just to get him to agree to at least have the credit cover the cost of the jeans. Poor lady working it was doing everything she possibly could to make it right. Poor ownership and poor customer service. read more

I went to pick up my very expensive suit pants from the Rayford rd location in Spring Harmony. They instead gave me a suit coat which I didn't remember dropping off. I go home, see my suit coat still in my closet and no pants. I call the store and they say I picked up my pants in August even though I dropped them off in late September. She was very rude on the phone and said "bye!" before I was finished. Now I have to go back and return someone else's suit coat that's about 6 sizes too small (proof it's not mine), and either make them provide my pants or pay for them. The very first time using this dry cleaner after moving into Woodson's Reserve and they lost my wife's blouse. When my wife called, she said it was our fault and that we should check our closet because they don't make mistakes. I called her and she said "it's a trust issue." I asked her if she was saying that we're misleading her and she said "i don't know, not saying that but we definitely don't have it." $100 blouse gone that I know was in the bag as I packed it myself. Awful customer service. EVERY dry cleaner misplaces or loses items from time-to-time. Business 101 is to make it right to the client. They broke a buckle on my belt! Last week I dropped off my trench coat together with the belt, went to pick it up few days later and a lady at the checkout didn't mention anything and was just acting weird. I went home and discovered that the buckle was broken. I went there next day, and the same lady told me that the manager would call me to discuss the incident. No one called me. This use to be a good dry cleaning service. Since COVID, they no longer offer same day or even next day service. The young lady who opens the store was late today. They use to open at 7:00am and changed the hours of operation to now open at 8:00am. I was there before 8:00 and still my husbands clothes won't be back and ready for pick up on Wednesday after 5:00pm. That's ridiculous considering I dropped them off on Monday at 8:05am. Horrible service at the Spring location. I had two identical cardigans returned with huge holes in them in the same location. I brought them back for discussion and employee at that time said they would have the manager call me. A week goes by with no call so I go back in. They say they reviewed their cameras and didn't see an issue so it must have been damaged on the way in. The gray sweater had holes in it over an inch wide and both sweaters are torn in the same place. I told them I had photos wearing the sweater earlier that week which did not show holes. They offered to give me credit for the cleaning of the two sweaters. Given they are expensive sweaters I did not feel that was appropriate and asked for at least a refund on my entire order. I was told that needs a managers approval So again they said a manager would call me. Nothing again. I went back in and their answer this time was that they noticed the damage so they didn't even clean the sweaters. Nice try, since you already said you reviewed the cameras cleaning them the time before.... I asked for contact info for the manager and they declined to give. For such an expensive cleaner they do not take care of your clothes and have horrible customer service. I will never use any of their locations again read more

I have been using Clean Touch at this location for over a year. The staff is friendly and the service is excellent. The staff have gone above and beyond on several occasions.
