We ultimately had to rebook for another time because we had scheduled our day around their being on time. When they did come back they were okay although I did walk in on one of the cleaners slagging off our table cloth (hilarious! When I answered her rhetorical question she nearly choked! She then spent the next 10 minutes trying to modify her statement intended for her colleague - lol). The next time they were an hour late, AGAIN with no phone call. When asked why they were not here at 1230, they said they were not given appointment times when they left in the mornings. When asked further, they eventually changed their response to say they thought the appt. was at 1300. So you were a half hour late, why no phone call? Answer: traffic was bad. Conversation done. Respirators for everyone! The owner could not be contacted. I'm not sure what happened with FC but it's no longer our mess. We'll find ourselves another cleaning service from now on. -------------- Finding a cleaner for your home is all about trust. We have been trying to find an affordable, reliable, eco-friendly cleaner for years and it seems we finally struck gold. We booked Filthy Cleaning for two hours and they came and did an outstanding job. They were even kind enough to work around our 'inquisitive' one-year old. More incredibly, they finished an enormous job (see "one-year old" above) 15 minutes early and didn't charge the full two hours we had booked! The cost for us to have three cleaners come blitz the place was approximately $100/hour (+tax) - very good value if you like quality work. We will undoubtedly use their services again. Hardworking, respectful, and fair. My only regret is that we didn't learn of them sooner.

The lady on the phone was clearly not interested in the large project job or giving me her e-mail at first so that I could send out the quote as instructed, however, was brushed away. From someone who works in customer relations and communications this was a bad sign off the bat. Perhaps I caught her at a bad time and if that is the case, she should've let it go to voice mail.

I pretty much got an email response from them for a quote the very next business day and Todd came by to our house really quickly to give us a quote. So I do like how quick and efficient they are. Nitesh, Tyler and Brandon that came to our house were all very friendly and receptive to feedback and delivering our desired outcome. I have a really hands on approach to dealing with things, but they didn't seem to mind it at all. If you're not happy with something, you just have to let them know and they'll accommodate you. Overall, I'm quite happy with Imagine. Only word of caution, if you're like me with really "old windows" that have hazing issues, and have not cleaned them in a long while, you might want to reconsider getting them cleaned just because windows are apparently porous ...after cleaning, the hazing issue seemed to be much worst. Imagine won't be able to help you with this issue. I'm not quite sure, but I might have to find a company that deals specifically with windows to help me with my problem.
