My fiance and I needed help merging our 2 households and culling our closets. Chelsea and Natalie worked cheerfully for eight hours! And at the end of the day we could see the backs of the closets and everything that went back in was labeled and had a logical place. It was amazing. More importantly, they've inspired us to get rid of even more stuff. Life is so much less hectic when you know where everything is. I highly recommend hiring these ladies. It'll change your life. (Not exaggerating.) read more

I can't believe that I am the only one that they steal from. One Coach bag was missing and they didn't blink an eye when I brought it up! I know what I have - even though I have a lot. I also caught Natalie going through one of my jewelry boxes. She had a little gold ring in her hand and was looking at it very closely - probably contemplating what she should could get for it! I am serious. I didn't ask her to declutter my jewelry box. They probably took other things that I don't know about, since I didn't go back through everything. They bring their little suitcases - for what? And they come and go with them - why? They also said that they prefer that you aren't there while they declutter. Why? So, it is easier for them to take items? I do not recommend this service and I want it out there that they aren't trustworthy. Do some googling... Natalie and Chelsea, I see you are no longer in business. How much did you steal when you were doing business? You two are something else. Good luck with the rest of your lives!! read more

If you're looking for help organizing your apartment/house etc, Clean Slate is the team for you! I reached out to Natalie and Chelsea and they were very responsive and worked with me to set up a date for them to help organize my closet. After living in the same apartment for 7 years, my walk in closet had turned into a beast. A closet rack jammed with clothes and shelf upon shelf of disarray. It had really become quite unmanageable. They came in with a plan and got to work. They worked with me to figure out what to donate and what to keep. At the end of the day I have a closet I can actually walk into and everything has a place. I highly recommend this team! They took charge but not in a way that seemed overbearing and they had an impressive work ethic. I would definitely reach out to them again in a heartbeat if I needed help with a project. read more

Clean slate came to my house and organized 4 closets, a kitchen and re-arranged my living room for "more comfortable living." My house looks amazing! The closets are unrecognizable. The kitchen is intuitively organized so every item is exactly where you would want. When my fiancée came home and saw the living room he was so happy. He said, "why didn't I think of this". read more

My wife and I called Clean Slate Interiors having no idea what to expect, having never used such a service. We had a baby several months ago and both of us own companies and had a lot of stuff with no space after our nanny moved in. Our house looked like a tornado hit! Natalie & Chelsea came in and gave us a free estimate. I went to work the first day they started after letting them in to get started. When I got home, I was amazed at the house.. it seems like a different place! :) I couldn't be happier with Clean Slate Interiors, Natalie & Chelsea are worth every penny. My mind feels so more at ease now when I'm at home, versus before where I'd work at an amazing office all day, then come home to feel stress from all the things that needed to be done in addition to my work and baby. I highly recommend you have Natalie & Chelsea come out to do an estimate for you, and hire them! -Nathan read more

Moving is stressful, and exhausting! Hiring Clean Slate to help alleviate all that is a no-brainer. It might have even save my marriage! ;) After the movers left Natalie and her team came in and immediately went to work. The results were spectacular! My kitchen was so well planned out - everywhere they put things was well organized and logical. I had a much smaller closet in my new house than what I had previously. I didn't know how I was going to make it all fit, and I was panicked! Never fear - Natalie came to the rescue! My jaw dropped to the floor when I saw my closet. Not only did she make it all work, it looks stunning! Natalie and her team are lovely! They are so enjoyable to have around! I kept trying to come up with new projects around the house so that they wouldn't leave. Natalie has a true gift for organizing spaces. Use Clean Slate and get ready to have your spaces look incredible. read more

I have used clean slate to help me move, organize and most of all make my life a little easier. They are so professional, courteous, kind and good at what they do. They helped me out for two days, but they changed my life after that. Just knowing were everything is and were it goes and knowing I have a place that is comforting to entertain in. They are true professionals and everyone should have a little clean slate in their lives! read more

So I'm a "busy professional" with two kids, digging out from a recent move and home addition project. Those are my excuses for why my home office was a big mess. Thus, I got on Yelp to look for a home/office organizer and eventually I came across Clean Slate Interiors. Well I was kinda impressed that every single one of their reviews was 5 stars. Every one! Even the filtered ones. (I checked) I figure that you don't put a streak together like that unless you're actually pretty decent at what you do. So I had Natalie and Chelsea come out for a consultation and we agreed to a proposal for organizing my home office. I had really high expectations for the project and I have to say that the ladies completely exceeded them. At 9am I gave them an office full of boxes of papers and random mixed up office stuff (one spilled across the floor) and 5 hours later, they had completely transformed it into a totally organized, functional, and stylish office that I now look forward to working in every day. All of my things have a defined place to go, my piles of papers are all filed away in appropriately labeled file folders, and my office is arranged in an intuitive and sensible way. I'm finding it easy to keep things in order and, fingers crossed, hopefully it'll stay this way for a while. For what they accomplished and the amount of work they did, I found the price to be more than reasonable. I really don't know how they got everything they did done in just a couple of hours. I hesitated for a while before deciding to hire a professional organizer because I figured I could just organize my office myself. But honestly, even if I had eventually got around to it, it would have took me 5 times as long and the end result would have been half as good. I couldn't be more pleased with how everything turned out and I'll be reaping the benefits of an organized office for a long time. My wife is already asking me when I'm going to have them back to do the garage. If you're reading this review, you're obviously considering hiring a professional organizer for something. Really, you might as well just go ahead and call Chelsea and Natalie at Clean Slate Interiors. Pretty sure you'll be glad you did. Chances are you'll be back here soon to post your own 5 star review too. read more

I would recommend this team to everyone! My goal was to freshen up my Nob Hill studio apt, after 3.5 years living there on my own, so that my boyfriend could move in. I have to say, initially my boyfriend was hesitant about organizers but after viewing the results he has admitted that it was a GREAT idea! They transformed my studio into a clean, modern, and spacious apartment. It was a challenge for them since I wanted everything, from top to bottom organized, but they took on the challenge with no hesitation. They came over in two sessions and we communicated primarily over email and text, it was easy to trust them because they had so many great ideas! Like a bike rack in the kitchen, creating shelves in the kitchen-bedroom-closet, re-purposing my shot glass as a q-tip holder, and re-arranging the furniture...it's just awesome! My boyfriend and I are so much happier and feel like the place is finally OUR home. When our friends come over they can't believe how good it looks. I have to mention how impressive it was to see how fast they work, when we came home everything was so organized and even individually labeled. It was a pleasure working with them and we are so glad we hired them. I hope to add before/after pictures soon! I wish them all the success in the world! read more

Natalie and crew were a total game changer for us--they took our new home from a mess of boxes to beautiful, organized, and completely set up in 3 days and made the process so easy for us. We LOVE how it turned out and are totally hooked. Thank you guys!! read more

These two women definitely surprised me. They came up with original solutions for organization issues that i just could not handle or come up with on my own nor did i have the time. I didnt realize how stressful all the clutter and junk in my home made me feel until they started working on my apartment. i learned a lot from watching their unique techniques for straightening up everything in the home and giving everything its proper place. They come in to your home, "asses the mess", and come back with everything they need to "make it work". Awesome. Very professional yet very easy going experience. read more

Alright had to do another review for clean slate! I ended up moving back to my same apartment but this time with my significant other. I thought to myself no way would there be enough space or storage for two people! Not only did they find tailored solutions for both our needs they even built a custom media center for us because nothing in the stores would fit properly in our place. Natalie and Chelsea also helped us unpack all our belongings and created an organized system for us. They saved us so much time and stress. We were also on a budget but the work they do is worth every penny. Clean slate really went above and beyond and really exceeded our expectations like always! I will definitely be using them again in the future and highly recommend their services to anyone. read more

I recently had Clean Slate Interiors here to help me organize and stage our 5,000 square foot home as I am putting it on the market. Both Natalie and Chelsea were extremely professional and did an amazing job of helping get everything done in a very short period of time. I plan to recommend them to all my friends and will definitely ask them to help me when I move to my new home. read more

Natalie and her team are amazing! They made an overwhelming preparation for sale fun and easy. They worked quickly and efficiently helping organize closets, pack boxes, clean out my garage and throw out all the things I would have held on to...for no good reason! Natalie and Chelsea helped turn the stock room / basement of our retail shop into a functional, open, and organized space! It was a ton of work, but amazingly enough, they did this all in one day. Natalie and her team are the definition of professional. On time, on point, precise and stunningly competent. We interfaced with her after deciding to move on very short notice to a condo in downtown San Francisco from a 3/2 across the bridge. During a very stressful time she was a tremendous help consulting about the move logistics and how to best use her talents in organizing and designing our new space. She met us multiple times at the new space and gave us a complete floor plan with dimensions which allowed us to furnish in our own style. She also offers full service interior design if needed, but unlike all the other designers we consulted with she was willing and able to meet our needs exactly. We have since retained her services for further consultation regarding organization of our new smaller space. She is incredibly responsive by email and phone and her keen eye for space, function, and form has launched the transformation of our new condo into a home. We look forward to continuing to work with her! read more

I truly value and am thankful for Natalie and Chelsea's expertise. After an unorganized move, I was at a loss as to how to fit and organize all of our stuff in our new apartment. Natalie & Chelsea are amazing! I bought a living social coupon for 2 hours of service and am now a life long customer. They are coming back today to help me set up a system to organize my office. They are smart, organized and very professional. They are the real deal of professional organizers! read more

Clean Slate Interiors is a fantastic team with a phenomenal work ethic. I recently moved into a new apartment in San Francisco and didn't even know where to start, let alone have the time to embark on this endeavor. After a couple sit downs with Clean Slate, their friendly personalities and high spirits, made it extremely easy to reciprocate my ideas with their own until, I felt so comfortable I just handed over my keys and let them go to work! Clean Slate's efficient work ethic and professionalism showed after just three days I came back and my apartment was transformed! All my belongings were easy to access, and for a small budget, my new place, consisting of boxes and boring, hospital-like, walls before hand, now looked like a home I feel more than happy to settle into. My big pet peeve was the bathroom, and the way Clean Slate set it up was better than how I dreamt it. The appliances they were able to purchase for a reasonable price, made it look modern as well as most importantly, fit all of my miscellaneous bathing products in an organized and accessible manner. Thanks Clean Slate Interiors! I'll continue to recommend and hopefully be seeing you soon...not too soon hopefully :)) read more

The Clean Slate team came into my disorganized condominium and did a wonderful job of organization. They don't just solve the big problems, like rearranging a closet, and they don't just solve the unusual problems involving finding a certain piece of furniture. They also sweat the details on small stuff, like how kitchen drawers should be laid out. Highly recommended. read more

Our family has used Clean Slate Interiors 3 times and each time we are blown away at what they can accomplish! Most recently they came to southern CA to help us unpack & organize our home when my husband's new job required us to relocate. Moving a family of 5 during the summer was a daunting task and Clean Slate guided us through the entire process. They began by recommending a great moving company who got our items here safely. Their team unpacked and organized our entire house in 4 days. I was so happy when I could cook in our kitchen the 1st day we lived in our new home. They allowed us to begin making new memories in our home and ensuring a smooth transition for our children instead of being overwhelmed with the unpacking process. By the end of the 4 days they had completely organized everything...drawers, closets, pantry, etc. The fact that we could park a car in the garage after living in our home for only 3 nights was unbelievable. What would have taken me many months to accomplish took them a few days. When I compared their prices to other organizers, I found that it was cheaper to fly them down and unpack us rather than hire a local organizer. Natalie & Chelsea really know what they are doing. In our previous home, they unpacked & organized our playroom when we moved. No one could believe how organized the playroom was when they saw it. Then when we had lived in our home for 6 months and I had still not found the time to unpack & organize my desk area, I had them tackle it. I could finally find things & pay bills! Clean Slate Interiors is a team of very professional, hard working individuals. I have referred them to many friends who have all been incredibly happy with their services as well. I can't wait to use them again! read more

All I have to say is WOW. I didn't even recognize my apartment once the Clean Slate team finished working their magic. I have always had so much stuff and no idea where to put it (especially in small San Francisco apartments). Not only did they find a place for all of my stuff, they even built shelves and made my place look ten times better as far as decor. I must admit, I was hesitant about paying someone to do something I thought I could do myself...But once I saw what they did I realized there was NO WAY I could do that myself.. AND in such a short period of time!!!! Soooo worth springing for the help. The cherry on top was that the girls were so nice and great that it didn't feel weird having them in my house at all. LOVE LOVE LOVE my new apartment. Thanks girls!! read more

I called CSI when I couldn't stand looking at my walk-in pantry anymore. Things were on the floor and in disarrayed. The two ladies from CSI came in and waived some magic wand and hours later, I had a beautiful and organized pantry. It was also a birthday surprise for my husband who was blown away at how well the closet was organized. He goes into the pantry just because he enjoys looking at it. The kids love it too. Their snacks are organized in cute baskets at a height they can reach - so simple but so smart! Thank goodness CSI came to my rescue. I loved the organization so much, CSI is coming back to help me organize my own closet. I can't wait! read more

Clean Slate is the best thing ever to happen to my apartment, and I should have called them years ago. I'm stunned at the amount of space they've created with so little square footage, and in style. I've always had some loose plans and ideas, but it's clear to me now that I never could have made this such a nice space myself. Natalie and Chelsea brought a team of pros and did a complete transformation in a single day (after planning and procurement). Everything was handled professionally and I was updated as needed throughout the process. There are currently 100% 5-star reviews on Yelp for Clean Slate and after my experience, that doesn't surprise me at all! You're going to love them and their work. Look no further! read more

I hired clean slate to unpack my apartment, organize and decorate. Feeling unmotivated and uninspired a few weeks after moving in to a new apartment, with stuff still in boxes and only a few pieces of furniture bought, I called clean slate. They were quick to respond and come over. We talked about my style preferences and what I wanted my living space to be like, and my challenges getting organized. I showed them some furniture pieces I had seen and liked on-line, and then I left it to them. I was leaving the following week to go on vacation for nine days, and it was during this time they did the transformation. I came home to a wonderfully decorated apartment, all unpacked and organized. Everything was done-curtains, wall hangings, stuff I needed mounted was done, things I wanted to get rid of were gone, furniture had been delivered and assembled etc. I had a couple pieces of furniture that I bought that I loved, but I that I was struggling with on how to "fit in". They totally made everything work, using what I had and buying new things. In particular, I had a big, old dresser that I liked for it's storage space, but I felt it stuck out like a sore thumb in my bedroom. They sanded it and gave it a vintage look, added a mirror above it, and now it totally flows and I love it! The kitchen table they bought, I never would have picked it, or thought it could work, and it is one of my favorite things now. Things I had that I liked, but usually kept stored away, they organized and displayed them in a way that I can enjoy them now. There were quite a few things they bought that were true to my style, but that I never would have picked out or known that I wanted them, but I do! As far as price, I shopped around a bit and they were actually cheaper. I felt they also offered something different than the others, in their knack for organizing. It was not expensive considering it is something I enjoy and benefit from every single day. It is my impression that these girls can pretty much accommodate any style, and whatever it is, they are going to make it look good. And what else can I say, they really know how to organize a drawer ,whether it's clothes or "junk". read more

I am more than pleased with the results Clean Slate Interiors has delivered. I have devoted much time and energy over the past year towards purging my house of all unwanted items and organizing the rest. My house was organized, but only to a point. I wanted it to look and function better so called in Clean Slate Interiors. Chelsea and Natalie's first session was only 3 hours and I couldn't believe not only how much they got done but also how good they made my closets and storage areas look. The organization of the house now makes so much more sense. Additionally, I find that I have an unanticipated peace of mind after Chelsea and Natalie have optimized a space. It's like I don't have to think about it or fret over it anymore because I know I do not have the tool set to do the job as well as they can. Organizing is like painting a room....while we all are capable of putting up a coat of paint the end results will look much better if a professional handles the job. read more

These ladies are the real deal. Seriously. I spent about three months trying to decide whether I should hire profesional organizers...then I interviewed a bunch....then I came across Natalie and Chelsea...They were so professional, so upbeat, had great idea, and I really liked them personally.... I decided to go ahead and take the risk... and they started off by organizing our garage....which was in total shambles (like junk piled on top of junk kind of shambles). They showed up, worked hard, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Our garage is now actually organized, everything is easy to find, night and day difference. This was a "surprise" to my husband....I wasn't sure how he was going to react, but he loved it!!! I love it. Do yourself a favor....if you are reading yelp reviews, just call these ladies and meet them. So worth the money!!!!!!! I am having them come to organize our kids' rooms next and can NOT wait for the visit. read more
