The spot is black and the rest of koi pond is light blue. Not pretty to look at. We asked him to fix the work he had done incorrectly and he made excuses and would take days to respond. He has not taken any kind of responsibility and refuses to fix his sub par work. We are now taking him to small claims court for refusing to fix his work.
