They only looked at the outside unit and nothing under the house. Then they wrote up a bill for $19,000. We had another company come and looked at it and fixed the system for $300. The system wasn't blown up but need a new part. The duct only fell in one spot. They would seen that if they would of went under the house. Then they would only text me and not call me about canceling the repair. Very poor customer service! They just seen an elderly woman and wanted to take her to the cleaner.
