I felt like I knew about how much it would be before the service person came to the house. The service person was on time, fixed all the numerous issues that needed attention, and even took the resulting trash to the dumpster for me. Very easy, very pleasant and very professional. Will definitely be using Ace Handyman in the future.

I've worked with a lot of tradespeople, and my biggest issue has rarely been the quality of the…read morework itself. It's been reliability and communication. People who don't show up, don't return calls, or vanish partway through a job. Alvin is the exception. He's hands down the most reliable electrician I've hired. Every day he said he'd be there, he was. On time, or slightly early. The job turned out to be harder than I think he expected going in, but he kept coming back and kept working until it was finished. He stuck to his original quote even when the work ran longer than planned. He was willing to learn and adapt as the job got complicated, and he was straightforward with me throughout. That kind of honesty and integrity sadly feels rare these days. I'm happy with the work he did. But the bigger thing for me is trust. If Alvin takes on a job, I know he'll show up and see it through to the end.

I had a list of handyman type services, he explained which he could do and which would require a licensed plumber etc. He was knowledgeable, polite and friendly but not overly friendly/chatty. He showed me where my water turn off was. I know, really basic homeowner stuff I didn't know. The prices were reasonable. Melissa helped us figure out the Venmo since I am not the most tech savvy person. All in all a good experience. Thanks Chris and Melissa!
