If we hadn't stepped in and handled planning ourselves, our wedding would have suffered. Heather, the owner, was often unresponsive and difficult to reach. Despite advertising "constant communication with the bride," we struggled to get timely responses during the final month before our wedding, when support matters most. Although we hired Timeless Events to help with planning and coordination, we ended up sourcing every vendor on our own. We were also repeatedly told our deposit would be refunded due to the lack of services provided, but that refund never happened. Only after we canceled did Heather explain she had been dealing with health issues. Had this been communicated earlier, we would have been understanding. Instead, the lack of transparency left us scrambling and under unnecessary stress. This experience did not meet the expectations set by their marketing or contract. We've chosen not to pursue remediation and are focusing on moving forward. We strongly caution future couples, especially nontraditional ones, to carefully consider their options before booking Timeless Events.

He was very organized with a questionnaire we had to fill out. This really helped to relieve a lot of my stress as I was able to get a better idea of the layout of how the day would go. On our wedding day, he showed up to the venue several hours early to make sure everything was setup and ready to go. Then he ran through a practice round that morning with everyone that was in the wedding which I think was very helpful because it was fresh on everyone's mind. He was in charge of sound for our ceremony. Then he was in charge of all the music and announcements during the reception. All of this turned out great! The venue team was fantastic with communication and super helpful in guiding us on where to park and unload. They have a designated vendor parking spot, which made unloading a breeze--a huge plus! Trash disposal was also quick and easy--we simply tied up the bags and placed them in the designated spot behind the building. Parking during the event was smooth with no issues at all. Most importantly, the venue staff were beyond kind and helpful, making the entire process seamless and enjoyable! And a special shoutout to Laura, the owner--she is the absolute sweetest! We had a baby shower here and it was just gorgeous. There was an area outside where we set up cornhole and kicked a soccer ball around. There was a cute swing chair near the parking lot, and speaking with Mrs.Orndoff I learned there is a bridal cottage close by. Mr and Mrs Orndoff are amazing people and will take care of you! The Barn books very quickly, and rightfully so, it's a lovely place with beautiful just as beautiful as a vibe as it's view.

The floor space is great for pop ups, weddings, and fundraiser parties. Its a long rectangle shape which allows for creating sections for food, drinks, dancing, etc. The white painted textures creates a wonderfully bright and rustic feel. Sound seems to travel well through the space and it looks clean from my perspective of the venue. The parking situation is being improved over the last couple years, they've created a few parking lots but they are gravel so heels aren't always easy.
