I can't speak for their service since I didn't get that far. This is simply based on their reliability and customer service.. This company was referred by a friend, so I contacted Mike and he sent me the link to their website. I chose a package & made the appt online. I received an email confirmation, but then nobody showed up. I called and Mike said they never got my online appt because they were having technical issues. No problem, he was friendly and I am also a small business owner & understand these things happen. He agreed to come Monday and I texted all my info. I called 30 mins before my appointment today and 4 mins before my appt time I get a text with another excuse, which I attached here. I understand things happen and we can run late, etc. but when you're apologizing twice to a potential customer, it's a problem. Don't agree to a time if you can't deliver. I love the option of them coming to you, however, my apartments wouldnt allow that to happen so they offered a location for me to come to.. directions were a tad confusing but they directed me with ease over the phone and made me feel comfortable while I waited for my car to be done. I have never had a full detail on my car but all I can say is WOW, the engine cleaning shocked me the most because I didn't think my engine could be cleaned so well! So today I received the golden package. Deep detail interior , pet hair removal, exterior wash , engine detail , hand premium wax (Meguiars brand). Scratch removal on some areas that needed to be touched Mike were extremely fast and efficient! My whole car washed and detailed while I was in the gym focusing on other things! New Year's Eve I was given a guarantee of 3:30-4. I put together 2 of my business partners and had them come to my house to get their cars detailed and cleaned for the new year party and assured them that this company is amazing and they guarantee it could be done today . One of them was supposed to sell his car to an investor day of New Years. After speaking to mike and being assured that we could be serviced multiple times and then one of his employees also reached out to assure that we'd be taken care of .. at about 5:30 mike completely stopped responding and his employee at six said that they would be unable to do a service. Not only did this inconvenience myself but also my business partner who was looking to sell his car . In my opinion and the way I run my business is customer service and communication are how you prosper and build. I am disappointed in the service that Clean N Go provided me on 19 June. I texted them pictures before they came out to describe the paint condition on my car and told them I wanted the shine scratches removed. When their guy came out, he told me it would look like new when they were done. He showed me the first pass of buffing. I said it didn't look like much improvement. He said, its just the first pass, and would get better. When finished, he showed me the car and it does not look any better than before. They did not deliver an improved product. I requested a refund and they said I could have it "sanded" for an extra price. I texted and called back to get more information, but got no answer. I believe they should have been more upfront on their evaluation to begin with. I do not recommend using their services. read more

They responded to me quickly, were very open with availability, and were on time. We had two cars "full detailed" and seriously can't believe the outcome. My husband had this horrible stain in his truck he's been trying to get out for years that he finally chalked up as a loss and was going to get the bench replaced (see picture) these guys got this stain out and his truck looks new! Don't get me wrong cleaned my car very well but was disappointed to find that whatever spray or oil used to wipe down the interior was sprayed and most of it not even wiped down ...steering wheel, cup holders. One of mine still had like a puddle of spray in it with some debris because it wasn't cleaned properly.
