He stated he would put down a plant based solution to help break up any grease and has no odor. Our carriers were not really dirty as they are a few years new. He and Philipe cleaned them in 1.15 minutes. He left behind 2 floor fans to help dry them. I also have ceiling fans. Running in high. Carpets dried in about 6 hours or so. Ash uses a truck mounted vacuum, he also covers the corners of your home so that the hose they use for hot water extraction does not rub against or chip the paint or wood. *UPDATE-i was given a full refund…read more I waited until I tried all communication before writing this review but here it goes. Eco Clean Carpet and Tile Care should be avoided at all costs! They left a comment on here and seemed like a good company to go with but I was wrong. As you can see in the comment above from them what they offered and it was nothing like that. They showed up and did their "service" but it ended up looking like nothing was done. Removed built up soap scum, no. Hard water and discoloration from grout, no. A sealer to prevent and protect, yes but left white residue all over. After his message I sent him photos of the floor, walls, tile etc his response was, yes we can clean all of that. After the visit you could not see any difference at all and was left with a white residue that I was told is sealant. I sent pictures of this and his response was oh that's marble and we can't use harsh chemicals on it. You need to fix the grout and then I'll will come seal it for free. I was NEVER told this before hand, only once I pointed out what it looked like. I can run my hand over the walls and still feel a film on them, you can see the grout doesn't look any cleaner but worse. I asked for my money back and was told I could get a discount on the next service. Now why would I want them to come out again when it was a crap job and I was lied to? I have also now been blocked from their page. I have messages and pictures to back up everything I said. *update- yes it did look decent until it dried and that's when everything popped up again and as you can see in the pictures, I did point out the white spots. Also, yes, he did offer to come back out again, but before this message he posted he let me know. There was nothing more they could do because of the type of tile I have. If all this was mentioned beforehand, I would have not proceeded with the service.

No one informed me beforehand about any "closed door policy," and no one called, texted, or asked the person present in the home before leaving the job incomplete. What frustrated me most was the handling afterward. I rearranged my evening waiting for the technician to return after being told they could come back the same day, but no one showed up. Later I was told the technician got stuck in traffic but still not going to make it. The company repeatedly described communication as "difficult," despite never attempting to contact me before leaving the room unfinished. The refund process also felt unnecessarily defensive. The initial refund offer didn't even fully cover the unfinished room and service fee, and only increased after extended back-and-forth discussions. Mistakes happen, but clear communication and accountability matter. Disappointing experience overall, especially after being so hopeful based on the reviews. A refund of $80 was paid. Now I get to pay another person $125 tomorrow to complete the job. Yegor and his tech offered to come next week. However the furniture has all been moved. Plus I don't trust they'll show, like what happened the first time. He also text me asking me to reconsider this review. Bro. Beware of this business. He was able to squeeze me in right before Thanksgiving which I really appreciated. And wow, his work speaks for itself!! My family thought we got a new rug! Colors were vibrant again. Our flattened couch cushions seemed like they got a second life too which was an unexpected bonus. The rug dried in about 5 hours and the entire couch took a good 24 hours to completely dry. We had to flip/rotate the cushions as it dried to make sure all edges/sides got exposed to dry well. We are soooo happy with his work and will definitely reach out to Max again for our next cleaning!
