Happy to pay that if you are either upfront about it, and do the job you say you would. After this, the service was subpar. The maids would lie about cleaning something they didn't even touch, you'd have to call them over and make them clean things (referring to the tops of bed side stands, dressers, dusting furniture etc.). Overall, the service I received was more of a headache than it was a service. After paying $230 whatever, my shower floor still looks the same. The cherry on top - I asked for kid friendly, safe cleaning supplies. Whatever they used, left a strong chemical smell throughout my house that lasted 2 days. Sharing an after picture of the shower floor ( it's a rented house, and these are stains that don't come off, which they decided not to check first but just charge more and leave as is). I now have to repair this myself with only two days before my lease ends. Mistakes can happen but hiding damage and then denying it is unacceptable. They did a great service, I haven't had a deep cleaning since I moved in like 10 yrs ago. They got underneath the couches and above the fridge, areas they have been collecting dust for years. I have kids and the place was not exactly super clean with toys and items around. Afterwards we did another walk around after the cleaning to go over the areas cleaned.
