I've now come here 3-4 times in the last 2 months and I'm happy. Definitely coming back. I've come at different times and by far Monday at 6am is my favorite time. Plenty of parking. Plenty of machines. Clean. I also came on 4th of July around 11am and it was somewhat busy. I found parking on the street on the side. There was still plenty of machines open. Clean. I've done a weekday (Monday & Thursday) at around 6 pm and found limited parking. Plenty of machines were available. Clean. Love the card for form of payment. Really enjoy how clean the place is. You go in, take care of business, and out. I've always seen an employee out on the floor cleaning but have never had any need to request service, but I've observed that they are nice and respectful. read more

Came back here again. This time on Wednesday evening after work. It was normal busy but I was still able to use the extra-large washers (as soon as I got there), and few dryers for efficiency. It's darker out so I stayed on premises while everything cycled through. Usually, I'm doing laundry on a day off during the day and I bring my dog to walk around the neighborhood with me. I'm sure I still probably could, but no point without my pup. Anyway, easy experience from start to finish. I use the app on my phone to pay, so no physical card is needed. Out of the various laundromats I've tried previously in the area, this is my go-to laundromat. Will definitely be back. read more

I have said this before. Must be said again. This is a great laundry. Generally it is very clean. The workers here are super nice. They work hard at keeping the equipment in good shape. For the first time... I had a dryer fail. It took my money, it did its time. And the dryer was cold and cloths were wet. Hey... this kind of thing happens and since it was the first time, I was not mad. I flagged down the worker to let her know. She checked it out and apologized. I told her no problem and started to move my cloths to another dryer. I went to pay and she swooped in quickly and friendly told me no. She pulled out the companies card and paid for my drying. I was not going to hold her to it as it is so rare to have an issue here. But she insisted. How wonderful. Her name is Doris. She and the gentleman that are always here are fantastic. Crenshaw Clean King Laundry I send you a message about the horrible experience I receive at your laundry for the first time in many years since you open the person, you hired a girl who worked night time on Saturday, September 23 she has been the worst person I've ever dealt with the people you have working in the morning during the weekdays and even on the weekends past. Midnight are amazing always helpful, keeping the laundry very clean, I tried calling and leaving voicemails the treatment this girl gave your customers was really horrible rolling her eyes having attitude just because we wanted to dry or close seen that past midnight is free dry she did not want to dry people's close she gave attitude to an older lady who needed help. They were three of us that needed her clothes dry, and she kept on hiding from us in the bathroom and in the closet area when she finally came out, she said that her shift had in there and her coworker was late when it was actually the opposite she was still not out, and her coworker actually came in 15 minutes earlier to his shift when his coworker arrived me and three other people asked him to dry the clothes for us because we had been waiting for 10 minutes because she did not want to service us. He then told us that he was early to his shift and that unfortunately, he cannot help us so me, and the two other people had to go look for her again, and when we found her towards the back, she gave us attitude, rolling her eyes and talking to us very bad how's it going now I hope that you can resolve this problem since I've been coming to your laundry for years. but if this girl is back here, me and a lot of people are planning not to come back to your laundry thank you read more

Stay away from the vending machines, I bought a Orange Fanta for $3.00 which is crazy but I was thirsty and wanted something to drink, next thing I know my card got charge $7.50 which is crazy. I make sure to watch the screen go back to normal before I walk away so I know for a fact it's not like someone else walk up and get a drink on my tab after I walk away. read more

Horrible horrible business. I will never be coming back here. The washer machines stinky and are dirty and the staff acts oblivious to the smell. When I called their corporate number to complain, the woman on the phone called me a liar, laughed in my face and continuously yelled over me speaking. First experience conveniently located not too far from me. Clean, spacious, easy parking! I personally think QUARTERS are old fashioned and tedious! 9/10 I won't even have cash on me so going on the hunt for quarters is a nuisance. I have an amazing fast in and out service. True the account app thing didn't work but you don't need it to wash/dry, just pay as you go. My washer was clean and working JUST FINE. I would suggest this place for people that want a easy fast clean washing service that loves to swipe their debit/credit card as much as I do. Cons: unfortunately there are always some. Unfortunately the surrounding area is filled with ghetto people, it just is. In my experience there was a loud ghetto lady otp, talking about not caring about fighting, annoying. Great attendants - including the owner himself. Very attentive to you and very clean-conscious. No customer riff-raff; anyone inside there is there to take care of laundry! Always enough washers and dryers to go around. Parking can sometimes be a little tricky when the lot is full: one might quickly free-up or there's residential street parking just outside the laundromat window, so you can easily keep an eye on your car if you're uneasy about it. This laundry is conveniently close to my house. There is always parking near by and staff always keeps it clean. I can also pay directly with my bank card (but the first time your bank blocks you and you have to unlock it from your app). Nothing to do with the laundry it's just your bank making sure it's you. But after that it's super convenient, no coins, no extra cards to carry around. Mila is always friendly and helps you out any way she can. If there is something wrong she will do anything to fix it. I love when I come and see that it's her shift. read more

I did a couple loads of laundry here while my pets were at the ASPCA around the corner. This place is huge and clean. Several workers were there and very friendly. I was reading the signs about payment options and a woman who works there asked if I needed help. Large sitting/waiting area and several vending machines, too. I've been coming here for the last 7 months because it's near to my home and very clean. However on several occasions I've been noticing that the detergent doesn't go down at the start of the washing cycle. The first time it happen like 3 months ago, I didn't think anything of it. The lady working that day resolved the issue by giving me another wash in an alternate machine. However this is where it gets annoying. Ever single time I come to the wash 2 of the washers would do the same damn thing, so now this is no coincidence. If Im paying for a service I expect to get what I paid for. Today i decided to take a picture. I used 8 machines and 2 of them did the exact same thing. Imagine at 10 minutes into a cycle, no damn detergent! And to top the icing on the cake the workers are no where to be found when you need to bring this to their attention.
