First time leaving a review for a wash and fold - there may or may not be a better one than this…read more Clean, modern, friendly. I came in with 10 large garbage bags of laundry (long story), the nice guy on duty said no problem, brought out carts to help take them from my car, said he'd have everything cleaned, folded, and put in their much nicer bags the next day, and gave me a volume discount that made the price beyond reasonable for such great service. Wish they could all be like this.

They offer wash & fold service too, and the workers are always very kind and attentive. Gets busy, but I've never had an issue due to their plenty of washers/dryers of different sizes. They have all the machines and everything is done with a digital card and an easy payment system. It's good for me because I don't like lugging quarters around. Also the owner happened to be in there, quite a character, but very nice guy. I highly recommend this business. PS It's actually good that they're next to a 7-Eleven because I was able to get drinks and snacks. But they also have vending machines, so there are plenty of options.

Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere clean and reputable…read more I went there yesterday to wash my bed linens using the Super Wash cycle with what I believed was hot water, based on the machine's button setup. The controls are unclear -- there are four buttons, with one labeled "Super Wash" and another labeled "Hot," which reasonably leads you to assume you select both the cycle type and water temperature. However, there is no clear confirmation that hot water is actually being used. After washing and drying my sheets, they were still visibly filthy and covered in what appeared to be dog hair. I'm not sure whether the contamination came from the washer or the dryer, but either way, my linens came out dirtier than when they went in. I ended up having to take everything to a reputable laundromat I've used before and pay to rewash it all. Total waste of time, money, and energy. As others have pointed out, the facility itself is noticeably dirty -- and there was a "worker" there. I should have trusted my first instinct and turned around the moment I walked in. Lesson learned.

The place is spotless. I only had to use the dryer. They're not exaggerating with the 'speed dryer...' my load was dry in 15 minutes. I noticed an ATM and vending machines. Based on my experience this morning, I recommend.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this laundromat. My freshly washed clothes were…read moreremoved from the dryer and placed into a dirty basket without any warning or posted policy. There are no signs letting customers know that if laundry sits for just a few minutes, it will be handled this way. When I spoke to the manager, he was incredibly condescending. I pointed out that there were other open machines available and even mentioned that I had proof. He told me he didn't care and claimed I couldn't prove anything, which was both dismissive and unprofessional. On top of that, the parking lot is a nightmare -- cramped, poorly laid out, and often full, making it stressful just to get in and out. Between the poor customer service, lack of cleanliness, unsafe feeling for belongings, and awful parking situation, I would never recommend this laundromat to anyone until major improvements are made. Update: The owner's response to my review contains false statements. At no point did I raise my voice at the attendant or any customers. I simply asked her to explain the laundromat's policies and then requested to speak with a manager. The claim that another customer needed the machine for bedding is untrue. I have video proof showing there were over ten dryers available at the time, including for her socks and sheets not a comforter or large bedding that would require a large dryer. . There are also no posted signs stating that laundry will be moved after 10 minutes, and this laundromat offers no seating to wait for clothes to dry. What makes this worse is that the owner's tone and dismissive attitude toward a paying customer -- the very people who keep his business running -- brought me to tears today. It's clear he will not take responsibility for how customer belongings are handled or for the lack of clear policies. The facts remain: my CLEAN laundry was removed and placed into a DIRTY basket unnecessarily, despite multiple empty machines being available. UPDATE Fascinating. Instead of addressing your unprofessional policies or the dismissive tone you used with me, you've decided to invent some imaginary scene where I was "aggressive" and "having a bad day." That's cute. Unfortunately for your story, I have video proof showing there were over 10 dryers available, no one waiting, and zero aggression on my part. It's painfully obvious you don't value your customers -- we're just $20 here and there to you. This isn't customer service; it's a low-effort hustle to squeeze a few extra bucks from people who may not have the time or resources to fight back. The fact that you're doubling down on lies instead of showing even the slightest professionalism says everything I need to know about you and how you run your business. But don't worry -- your reputation will take care of itself. Lol what's your yelp rating again?

Items that were better suited to hanging were placed on hangers and protected in garment bags, which was such a nice touch. You can tell they took their time and actually cared about how everything was handled. I'm pretty particular about my clothes and was honestly a little nervous using a fluff-and-fold service for the first time, especially with such a large order. I couldn't be happier with the results. The service was friendly, professional, reasonably priced, and the quality exceeded my expectations. It made putting away what would have been an overwhelming amount of laundry SO much easier. I will absolutely be using their fluff-and-fold service regularly from now on. Highly recommend! 5 stars--exceptional service and an exceptional job.

Overall a good experience but try to come when it's not peak hours to avoid the crowds…read more We ended up having to come here while our apartment's laundry room was out of commission. It was close by and seemed clean so we thought we'd give it a shot! The laundry machines are a little expensive but the washers and dryers are massive so they can fit a lot of clothes and everything seems well-maintained. One annoying thing is that you have to buy a Laundry Room card to pay for anything, which is more of an inconvenience than anything because the cost is only $1. Another is less about the place itself but keep an eye on your loads because one of times we came here, people were taking other people's clothes out of dryers before they were even finished!

There's an app you can download and use to see the washer and dryer availability. You can also pay via the app using Apple Pay. You scan the QR code on the machine where it will also show you the machine number and load with your phone. If you must step out you can track the time on the machines. Dryers are .25 cents and the washers range $4 to $9. There's a machine where you can buy detergent and softener from using coins and cash only and the products there range from $1 to $5. The location provides free WiFi if you've work to do and about two tables where you can sit on w/your laptop and work. If you prefer the old school way there is an ATM inside and machines that give coins. The only downside to this location is the parking availability. The lot is small and shared with a wing stop and a 7Eleven. You can park on the street on non street cleaning days. Other than the parking situation, this is definitely a nice place to come wash.
