Dave was punctual, efficient, and communicated very clearly. It's always a little uncomfortable inviting strangers into your home, but I did not feel this way with Dave at all. I would recommend above any of the other local services we have used. read more

Found Dave through Yelp and he responded very quickly to my message, he gave me a very reasonable quote and set an appointment. He arrived right on time to the appointment, handled business in a very quick manner and, unlike most carpet cleaning businesses I've used in the past, he HONORED HIS QUOTE with no trying to up sell special treatments. Our very light carpets look brand new and are already dry and he left less than 2 hours ago. Glad we found a company we can rely on! read more

Really good work . We contacted Dave in July , he was very helpful and did a really awesome work.

I contacted Dave, due to a dog urine problem. He was honest with me, and let me know that cleaning wouldn't solve the problem. Thank you for being Honest Dave. Most people might be tempted to take your money, and mask the odor. But, that's not the way to do business. I will definitely look for opportunities to refer Dave to clients. read more

All good. On time, did a great job, friendly, professional and we'll certainly recommend and use Dave in the future.

This is my second time using Dave The Carpet Cleaner. He arrived early both times. I have 3 dogs and three kids so my carpets get really dirty. Thank you Dave for a great job on our large second floor office. It was so nice to have fresh and clean carpets!

Oscar, not sure to what you are referring. Dave just left my home and we are very pleased with the professionalism and quality of service. I have been using Sears for years and decided to try this company based on other Yelp reviews. All those 5 star ratings got it right! We will stay with Dave for many years to come. Note: we scheduled a 5pm appointment and he arrived precisely on time. What else can a busy homeowner ask for! read more

Dave did an awesome job cleaning our year old (newer) carpet and returning it to almost perfect condition! Dave arrived right on time, was very friendly, and completed the job in no time! He quoted my husband over the phone and after arriving at the house and walking through, he kept the original quoted price. Dave cleaned a living room, 4 bedrooms, stairs, hallway, and large master closet in an hour and a half. He restored our living room carpet (which had acquired many stains) back to new! Once dry, our carpet was fluffy and smelled very clean! There was minimal mess and what mess there was, Dave cleaned it all up! Dave also talked to me about the best way to maintain the life our carpet. We will definitely call Dave again in the future!! read more

Amazing work! My carpets have never been this clean! The tech was professional and cleaned up when he was done. I highly recommend Dave. He cleaned our entire home at a fair price. He arrived right on schedule and I appreciated that he was able to complete the job quickly. I love that he uses hot water extraction vs harsh chemicals. The carpet looked as good as new when he was finished and was dry within a few hours. The best part, he didn't try and sell us anything extra, like some companies. If there was a stain, he just took care of it- no long explanations about what could be done or should be done or how much extra it will cost. He left us with some helpful tips and was on his way. read more

I loved his website with all the teaching and no nonsense advice. When Dave showed up, he was fantastic. Clearly explained what he was going to do, which stains could be removed and warned me about the red one that couldn't. He told me how long it would take. He answered my questions and never seemed irritated. And then he did the work, carefully, efficiently, and pleasantly. He worked hard and effectively; I am very impressed and can't wait for him to come again, but that could be a while since the whole house is shining clean now! read more

Made an appointment w Dave to clean my carpets and possibly clean the tile floor depending on the price. He had to measure the square feet to give me an exact price on the tile. Once here he got to work on the carpet right away and gave me an estimate for the tile and to think about it while he worked on the carpet, but that was just too expensive for me to have it done the same day. So, when he was done with the carpet I said I did not want the tile done as it was too expensive at the moment. Well, he didn't like that response. He started by saying, "I'm not going to argue with you," and went on about how my place is on the fence of where they normally service their customers and that he would of scheduled two carpet-cleaning jobs near each other, otherwise, which I understood (my father runs his own business). I apologized, twice. But he continued to make me feel guilty for not having him do the tile, as if it was an entitlement. I even gave him two bags of coffee for the trouble. In retrospect, I should not have felt pressured to have the tile done nor felt guilty about the 30 minutes it took him to get to my place. Also, he moved the time we originally agreed for him to stop by, twice. First by an hr, then called the day of saying he was going to be late 30-45 min. Take this review w as you wish. When I read reviews from others I take them w a grain of salt. Not planning to call Dave back, it seems out of his service area. read more

Wow is all I can say. These guys work their butts off and are so competent and the best thing is the price they quote you is the price you get. My carpet was left clean and looking brand new. The tech had his work cut out for him due to the last carpet place leaving my carpets smelling like an animal shelter. Very cool guy who put everything back in its place when he was done. The smell came right out and I am recommending this place to all of my friends and fam who live in the area. Keep up the great work guys! read more
