Like it was said before Alexandra excels in courteousness and professionalism. She texted informing me that she was running late and kept me up to date. Well I want to start off by saying Alexandra was very nice and professional. I was told that I was getting a deep clean which I was thinking like a throw down cleaning services which I felt we needed. I was told cleaning of base boards, cleaning in and out of cabinets in kitchen , amongst some other things that weren't done .My wife is expecting and is extremely fatigued and nauseous. (I wanted to surprise her) .I want to do this for her because she has not been able to keep up with clean and I myself work long hours. They showed up on time the lady that cleaned was very nice but in my opinion did not do a good job. I was Expecting a deep clean. There were many areas untouched. I typically get my home professionally cleaned quite often so I know what I am looking for the outcome to be also this service was based off of previously cleaning lady I used who did an exceptional job but moved away. I never had to go behind her and clean a thing, not one thing everything was cleaned. but unfortunately this company I had to go behind the lady and do additional clean as a matter of fact we were both cleaning I could tell the work was not going to get done as good as I would have liked. I am he type of person were I don't like pestering you to do your job. Also I must say that I never had anyone to clean my house with just one person it has always been 2 people no matter what cleaning company I used. However I am not sure if I am going to give a second chance I will upload pics of work not done. Found them on Yelp. First time using a cleaning service. I was very apprehensive. Asked for a same-day appointment and got someone at my house within 3 hours. They did a magnificient job. The deep clean was thorough and fast. I can't find any area that was lacking. Tile floors, kitchen appliances, cabinets, bathrooms, showers, drapes... all of it is spotless and clean. I found Alex on Yelp when I was stressing to move out, and call her to schedule an appointment. She agreed to come at 8 am in the morning without meeting me first or take any sort of deposit. I was surprised that she can trusted me like this, as a return, I paid her with credit card by phone, just by seeing those amazing before and after photos she sent me! Few days later, the landlord's realtor came and we had a walk out check. However, he still complained that the water stain on the marble, as well as other little spots on the wall which existed before I moved in. In order to keep my deposit without arguing, I called Alex and asked her if she could come again and clean it, she agreed to come next day and we finally met each other. She is a patient and sweet person just as I thought, I've dealt with a lot of cleaning companies, and I don't believe anyone would do what Alex did, trusted me at first place and clean my unit twice!! We had a terrible experience with this cleaning service. Our home is a two story with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It takes me about 9 hours to thoroughly clean the house. Of course I don't expect anyone other than myself to clean as well or as long as I do. The lady which I believe is the owner showed up and cleaned our house in 2 hours. Needless to say the house was NOT clean. She did not vacuum the floors nor did she wet the floor when she supposedly mopped. They did not clean any decor item (frames) placed on the furniture, she did not clean the floor under the beds, the closets weren't even opened, there was an extra charge to have the windows cleaned inside along with the window sills. She charged us $130 for 2 hours. If I would have known that cleaning houses charged so much hourly I wouldn't have gone to school...... read more
