They have a spot before the bay that you can do your windshield (bug wash) and wheel wash. I didn't bother with those so I can't comment on them. I went to the window and gave my car wash ticket. The employee was really friendly and explained how it worked. Drove around the corner to the wash bay and was directed into the wash. The employee there was really friendly as well. I saw vacuums to the right of the wash bay. It's soft cloth washes which is nice. The dryer is very strong but my car was still bit wet when I left but it dried while driving home. I can't complain about a free wash. I was thankful since my car was so dirty. Haha

Then the girl directing people onto the line repeatedly stopped the wash to have people drive forward or backwards to engage their front tire, instead of letting the equipment work as designed. She actually had the guy in front of me backing up after his car was already wet, and had me drive forward OVER the roller with a car 5 feet in front of me.
