Hair left in the floor and dust not wiped. Windowsills not dusted, etc. The first visit was awesome and each follow up visit declined and 2 person teams were in and out in less than 90 mins. I requested these things to be addressed and they were always kind but continued to not follow through. I want a consistent team that does everything so how do not need to inspect.

If you are looking for a fast response, dependability of showing up and attention to the details, book your cleaning with Oralicia now! You will not be disappointed! The women who came were professional and detail oriented and very nice! Thank you thank you thank you! Very reasonable and competitive pricing for a deep clean! And I say this because other "companies" I had spoken to quoted a lot more and then for them to never show and stop responding to messages or texts which was very frustrating but you won't have that issue with Neetkleen! I promise you they're a TOP cleaning company that follows through! :) Thanks ladies! My home looks and smells wonderful!!

Sad annd unexpected update as of 9/9/25! Wow I hate to do…read morethis review but unfortunately I am. The first time using this company was really good and we had a great experience so I referred them to every one of my tenants, all of my family and friends, plus anyone that mentioned they were in need of movers. Then I used them a second time last week to over 2 refrigerators and a bookshelf I cannot move myself. Not only did they gouge out about a 4 inch piece from my brand new floors while moving the fridge, the owner lied to me and said he would come back and fix it right away, but then as soon as that payment went thru via Zelle he stopped answering all my texts and will not fix the damages to my floors his crew caused. All I asked was for someone to come and fix the damages (like he offered first hand) or if he could not to that to pay the cost for someone to fix it as the floors were just installed less than 6 months ago. And I got nothing, I got complete silence. I am so sad that it turned out this way and I will now never recommend/refer or use this company again and I will tell everyone of my experience with them. And i have all the pictures to proof what happened and text message conversations as well. This is not okay and not a way to do business with a loyal customer. I am was disappointed in you guys. Chris and Levi I trusted you guys and did nothing but try to support my local small business and this is how it ends? Not okay at all.

Not their fault, but why did my job get elected as a training session. Levi would not lift a finger to help only provided directions. I would not recommend this company. I even accidentally paid him twice and he was the one to call me to alert me of the error. He returned my money within minutes. To my surprise, Gary not only adjusted his schedule for me, he stopped at his home on his way to my home to pick up a jar of his homemade honey to help me feel better. I can recommend Gare Bear Junk Removal without reservations. Please support their business, you will not be disappointed.

They also honored the price I'd paid over a year prior even though it had increased since then, which they didn't have to do but I really appreciated it. It's hard for me to visualize the size of things (Is 20 yards as big as a car? A school bus? Who knows!), so it's helpful that they send videos of the dumpsters for scale. (Tip: Always go bigger than you think you'll need!) They also sent a video of my stuff being emptied out at the dump, which was unexpectedly satisfying to watch. 10/10 would use again for clearing out a hoarder's garage
