I've worked with them three times and they're consistently excellent -- very helpful and communicative! They also honored the price I'd paid over a year prior even though it had increased since then, which they didn't have to do but I really appreciated it. It's hard for me to visualize the size of things (Is 20 yards as big as a car? A school bus? Who knows!), so it's helpful that they send videos of the dumpsters for scale. (Tip: Always go bigger than you think you'll need!) Being new homeowners, my fiancé and I accumulated a significant amount of trash/boxes after moving in and for our initial round had called a well known company that got the job done but took a while and was extremely** costly. A month later, we had accumulated the same amount of junk and while on the app, NextDoor, came across Gare Bear's junk removal post and was instantly interested. I could see from photos posted online/social media that they were more than capable of getting rid of any* type of trash that needed to be removed.
