The food tasted like L&L, and the condiments were right--tartar sauce included, which I appreciated. But small details add up. There were no napkins or utensils in the bag, and the portion felt noticeably lighter than what I've received before. To be fair, part of this is on me--I should have double-checked the contents more carefully before leaving. Still, consistency is important, especially when customers return because they remember a reliable experience. I'm not writing this to discourage anyone. There's a whole world of good food out there, and this place can absolutely be part of it.
