Update from my previous review…read more I had Kelly's Carpet Cleaning out again to clean my carpet again. After cleaning my carpets within a day my carpets started to smell really bad. I reached out to Kelly's Carpet Cleaning to let them know of the problem. Kelly's Carpet Cleaning reply - what do you want us to do. My reply - to come out again and reclean. Kelly's Carpet Cleaning - Suppose to be going out of town but I will get back to you I texted again the next day letting Kelly's Carpet Cleaning know the smell was getting worst with no reply from them. I have family coming to stay with us for the holidays. There is no way I can have a smelling house. I had to hire another Company and pay the same amount I already paid Kelly's Carpet Cleaning. There is no longer the smell after the new Company cleaned my carpets. It's a shame to be treated like this after you pay for a service and have been a loyal customer.

I hit up Thumbtack and took a look at local services available, got a few quotes, and found Darren's company - Spring Clean Cleaning Services. Stellar reviews on Thumbtack, but when in doubt, cross referencing with Yelp helps. I found that one review existed here with a high rating, but the data for his firm was waaay out of date here. I took the chance and brought Darren in. I am happy to say, I am glad I did!! Darren is a consummate professional and very thorough! He cleaned the loveseat beautifully and allowed me to inspect it more than once to ensure the pet problem was optimally corrected. He is very careful about the loveseat's material construction and treated my furniture with care! I would recommend him to anyone who needs a good extraction cleaning! And the loveseat?
