Unfortunately, they only do tear out and drying, (which we were going to do ourselves) but not replace the sheet rock. 5. We called right away and to my surprise, Lane, the owner, told me they would be at our home within an hour and half. Lane came with his crew, and we were glad he brought with him Bill and Isaiah. The job was more complicated than we expected, and we definitely needed all three of them. Lane displayed incredible knowledge and expertise not only in being able to locate the source of the leak but also in working out a plan for handling this challenging repair. It turned out that an irrigation pipe had been cracked by a large root that had grown around it. Lane, Bill, and Isaiah worked patiently to make sure that they removed the root without causing damage to other parts of the irrigation system. The job was done and done perfectly in less than two hours. In this day and age, when we are always concerned about the training and competence of the personnel at irrigation companies, we are indeed grateful for the superb and effective level of service that Lane and his company provide. They sent out a representatives to look at my leak and the first thing he said was thar my roof is 10 years old like that matters because the last time we had an ice storm was when they installed my roof. Google it but the ice shield should last as long as the roof. Last, the ice shield was extra when I purchased the costly engineered shingles. True 30 year shingles if installed properly.
