They must have worked 13 hours that day of the flood, and more hours the days to follow, skillfully cleaning and preparing the restoration. I was so impressed when they were even working very late into the evening. The damage demanded their careful attention, which they delivered patiently. We had an 8 inch roof drain pipe coupling come loose during a torrential rain storm that flooded two floors of our building, I made a call a little after midnight to Rob Dixon Owner of Servpro of Belle Meade / West Nashville, told Rom I have a flooded building. Rob said I will be right over. Rob was on site in less than an hour. Rob assessed the need called in his crews with the needed equipment and the recovery began. They got the water vacuumed up and started the drying process of the walls, carpet and hard wood floors. I highly recommend Servpro of Belle Meade/West Nashville. I had a toilet seal leak under my hardwood floors to the point my hardwoods had significant cupping when I noticed the leak. This occurred on New Years Day and within an hour and a half I had a clean, courteous, and knowledgeable crew member who knew exactly how to assess and deal with the problem. They installed a hardwood floor drying mat system and dehumidifier. I honestly was pessimistic that the cupping could be corrected. However I had two issues, the cupping and the potential for mold growth if I did not remove the moisture. To my surprise the cupping is virtually undetectable and my floor is dry. SP of Belle Meade was awesome when I used them for my Water Damage. My fish tank overflowed and had 145 gallons of water throughout my home. SP was there immediately and took control of the loss. I recently bought a used truck with a strong cigarette smoke smell inside it. Given my allergies, I was nervous that the smoke smell might never come out, and I almost did not buy the truck. Thankfully, I called SERVPRO of Belle Meade first. They informed me of a new process for deodorization that is guaranteed to remove certain odors, including cigarette smoke. They said the process can often take as little as an hour. My truck was treated quickly and with great customer service. I'm so glad I called! The smoke smell is gone, and I love my new truck. They have no customer service skills. I used this franchise as a "preferred vendor" to replace my roof due to damage just 2 short years ago. When shingles fell off recently the "inspection" they conducted identified no concerns regarding workmanship despite the fallen shingles, 40 nail pops, and extremely curved application. When I asked for a detailed invoice so that my shingles could be matched by a real roofer, the construction manager informed me that he was no longer interested in helping me and it wasn't his responsibility to assist despite the horrendous install. I could not be more satisfied w/ the professional service we received from Rob Dixon and his ServPro team. We had major water leak 2 days before Christmas. Rob came over the following day, on Christmas Eve, and had a plan and his team in place by that afternoon. We were still able to go ahead w/ our holiday plans, including having family and friends over. Rob personally oversaw the entire operation though completion. Once the work was completed, you could not tell we had an issue. Just like the slogan says, "Like it never even happened". Our handheld shower head ended up spraying water onto our hardwood bathroom floor for 15 minutes before being shut off. There was a lot of water under the bathroom in our crawlspace. I thought for sure we would have to replace the wood floors, but fortunately SERVPRO knew exactly what to do. They were timely, professional, and very knowledgable. They placed a dehumidifier in the bathroom and some sort of mat on the floor to help remove moisture. There is absolutely NO evidence anything ever happened... we couldn't be more pleased! I fell victim to the pipe burst from the high wind freeze that took place over the week of Christmas 22'. While I was one of many, Servpro did their best to put me on a list and try to get to me. I ultimately ended up getting help as it was an emergency and another vendor became available. Servpro saved the day for me! I came home Monday to find water dripping from my ceiling. Dillian and Zach from Servpro came to my aid. They brought in all the equipment to help dry out the floors and ceiling. They also removed the damage pad and carpet. The next day Lori H and the guys came over and met with my insurances adjuster.
