Needed a haircut last minute and came here, it was well worth it. Just asked for a skin fade and a trim on the top and it was perfect. Fade was done really well and detailed and the trim on top was nice and even. The place is owned by three brothers from Iraq, super cool guys and nice to talk to. All I paid was $25 and it included two hot towels, eyebrow touch up, beard fade, and massage machine at the end. Great experience Will be coming more in the future. Gave this place multiple tries and have had multiple people here cut mine and my sons hair. Sevara and Mela did an ok job on mine. Nick has cut my hair two times now and both times left it totally uneven on both the fade and the hair on the top of my head. Even showed him some pics I took to show how jacked up it was the first time he cut it and then he didn't really make any changes this second time around. Mela has cut my kids hair a couple times and again, it was an ok cut. This last time we were in there some new lady I've never seen before with short hair cut his hair and cut the back of his neck pretty good while cleaning the back side up. Was visiting family & my son was way overdue for a haircut. It's hard to find a good barber when traveling cause you just don't know if you'll end up in the wrong hands. My first necessity is the clippers have to have a vacuum attached, all barbers should have that system!!! I took my five year old there and they did an amazing job. The barber was patient, kind, and very detailed. This place doesn't realize how great it really was for us. I truly recommend this for any parent who cringes at getting a haircut for their child. My husband went in asking for a quick trim of 1/2" as he was unable to get to his regular hairdresser for 6 more weeks. He went into great detail that he only wanted 1/2" cut. The hair dresser, Vera, stated she understood. When she finally turned him around to look he discovered that she had cut over 3". This totally ruined his desired look. It appears that she does not listen to what the customer wants but only cuts what she wants. When my husband complained she told him not to worry but that he looked younger. Who says that? Totally messed up my cut. Warned her 3 times about a problem area and she still cut it too short even after acknowledging that she knew and assumed that I wanted a particular trim on the back of my neck without confirming. When I brought up that my haircut wasn't what I had asked for she pointed to a picture on the wall and said that's what I gave you. When I told her that that's not what I wanted but wanted a different one she told me that it would be a different haircut. No acknowledgment that she messed up or offering to fix it or anything. A barbershop is where guys go to haircuts specific to their style and she needs to remember that. If she wants a guy to point at a wall and choose a barber shop isn't the best place. read more

WORST haircut ever!!!! The barber didn't listen to what I asked. He cut it way too short in the front and not short enough in the back. The sides were crooked. I had to tell him several times what to correct. After a while, I got tired of telling him. It was so bad that I didn't want him touching my head anymore. I almost shaved my head when I got home. Then after batting with her strong and heavy Russian English, she started a fast pace hair cut, in AUTO MODE. I interrupted to request shorter blade on the sides: " Sr. Nort finish iiiert", huumm ok Mom. Later, she cut very little from the top, so i interrupted her fast pace again, Huumm Mom, can we go a little shorter on top? : " Sr. U sair dont curt on top" huum no Mom i never : " Yes, Sr. I ir cut morer now" Then to finish this unpleasant hair cut, i interrupted again, huuum Mom i think the right side is a little thicker or longer : "Sr, thas ther way iyour hairr GROUSSS, i can't do nothing. Wow... What a witch who works in this place. Walked in tonight to see if they could fix a cut my husband got today, that he was unhappy with. As he tried to explain what was wrong, she insulted him by telling him he had "a ladies cut" and then proceeded to tell us she's closed because "he's too picky". She also threw out a young man who walked in after us. I will tell anyone that asks what a hag she was... And never recommend this place. I recommend she takes her ass back to Russia. read more

How the mighty have fallen. This place used to be great. If you care about your time however, this place is not for you! They don't communicate with their customers about wait time, manage the queue, or seem to care about your time at all. On top of that, you can't set an appointment with anyone except the owner. If you want to fight for your place in line or have more time than you need then go here. You can walk in with an empty waiting room, in a place that doesn't take reservations, and still find your time wasted. They don't communicate that other patrons have left and are in front of you in their secret line. They won't tell you if they come back while you are still waiting knowing you are there. They don't seem to care about your business at all, even if you are repeat customer who has been coming here for years! What a waste. I will find another barber. A travesty!
