It's like great clips just more expensive. Last time I was at a different location and the manager cut my hair herself and butchered it. This time I showed a picture and asked the dude to replicate it and guess what... butchered. I used to like going here but this is the last time. read more

Nobody even said hello when I walked in, waited for 20 mins. Staff was rude and didn't make any eye contact. Don't go to the lady with the purple/pink hair. Did not even try to remotely cut it the way I asked. She also turned me away from the mirror(first red flag) and didn't say a word the ENTIRE time either, was obviously rushing through my cut. Might have been her first day but‍ don't rush through a haircut because you're obviously having a rough day. I will not be returning. read more

I recommend showing up 15 minutes late to your appointment. Believe me, you will end up sitting 20 minutes after your appointment time. read more

First of all hard to find any complaints when a barbershop or hair salon has an app you can check in on or check the wait time on. I was referred by a friend and was a bit skeptical as to how I can pay the same price I do for one hair cut and unlock a month's worth of cuts for the same price. I set up the account online and through the app made my first appointment. I arrived just before my appointment and was checked in right away with one person ahead of me (being my first time I chose the "first available" option). After about 5-10 minutes I was called back to the chair. I say down and struck up a casual conversation about my hair, the shop, the stylist etc. The rest of the time was not too chatty just general conversation. I was thoroughly pleased after seeing the fade and undercut I received. I again asked about the membership and was reassured the price was once a month and could come back as much as I wanted! Highly recommend and will be back in within the next few weeks for a touch up! My stylist was Nohely and she absolutely killed the fade! Thank you! read more

I bring my son to this location and he loves it, his favorite stylist is Ms. Jackie. Subscription pricing is so convenient and their app to schedule is easy to use, affordable. We have seen other stylists and they all do a great quality job. Jackie is very patient and sweet with my son he really enjoys chatting away with her during his haircut such. We will continue to be customers. Thank you read more

Katrina was awesome. Very professional and polite. Reasonably priced and very nice atmosphere. I will be going back.

High fives and yes! Although, only for Claudia. Everyone else? It so much. My son went in and had the worst anxiety but he left a natural pro. Their prices are a little high but I'd rather deal with a professional establishment then some other places I've gone too. Their clientele is really sweet too. While waiting for my kids hair to get cut, I always feel like I end up chatting it up with someone I like the environment, the music, the job they do and the demeanor of the barbers/stylists. Will definitely keep going back. read more

Been coming here for several years. Very convenient and never have an issue. Nydia has always cut my hair and if not anyone else will get the job done! Always play music makes it a chill place. read more

What can I say other than hair stylist Tiffany is simply amazing. She does an amazing job every time she cuts my hair. I love coming here. I will not go anywhere else. I also like the fact that I pay a once a month membership fee. This in it self saves me a ton of money annually, Being that I cut my hair every week. Keep employing amazing stylists like Tiffany, Nydia and Alyssa and you'll definitely have customers for life. Great job Keep It Cut. read more

New Keep It Cut has opened! I went to this location because my favorite stylist moved here from the Indian school store. Her name is Francis, so sweet and funny. One time I had a terrible haircut, an undercut gone terribly wrong, and I went to her with the intention to just shave my head to start over. She said she'll try to salvage what she can, and she made it so presentable! I was really impressed with her work. So I recommend her for sure! She's very knowledgeable of different hair types and head shapes and also with what is trending. She once gave me a hard part that I loved! The store is new and very clean. They carry american crew products for purchase, even the new line of American crew products. Check it out! read more

Good place to get your haircut if you're looking for something affordable. Dylan did a good job and was fairly quick.

Alyssa did a phenomenal job on my hair today so excited to show off my fade at the wedding. very clean place and I love that they play music in the background makes the ambience feel good. Thanks Alyssa, you knocked it out the park.. read more

Been going here got a year and a half, It's more affordable than blowing $20 every two weeks on a fade. 30 a month and I'm taken care of. NydIa is awesome. Always great cuts. read more

Sloppy, rushed and rude pretty much sums it up. Not stoked on my 5 minute haircut, they left long hairs behind my ears and didn't even cut the front of my bangs. The girl was short with me and unpleasant. I won't be coming back. Can anyone recommend a good, thorough barber for men's cuts? read more

Appointment what appointment doesn't even work this place was good but now need to find another place one does have plans to

Great membership idea! Pay as little as $29 and come in every week if you like. Downloaded the app and I checked in for a time before I got there. I was greeted and notified it would be a few minutes and they were right on target. read more

So there I was on 02/08/23 sitting on the barber's chair, getting my haircut by Kristen. When all of a sudden, BAM!!! A hair gets logged in my throat. I was choking, I was dying. I thought "this is it for me, I'm 27 and this is how I'm going to leave this world?" The world was getting darker and darker as moments passed by. Next thing I know, Kristen is running towards me with a cup full of water, I was saved. I was saved, and had a great haircut that day, all thanks to Kristen. read more

This was my first time here and Nydia cut my hair. She did a great job, was very nice and I enjoyed my time there. Nydia being pleasant was the reason I signed up for a membership. I highly recommend making an account online and checking in for any first timers. Thank you again Nydia. read more

I came here once before with my brother who is autistic. The one who cut his hair that day was wonderful and had patience with him. My parents went the second time without me to have my brother's haircut again because I highly recommended to go again. The first lady we had gone to wasn't there so my parents got someone else (Casey). This time my mom showed a picture of what haircut style she liked for my brother(this picture showed a white male) but to Caseyand she said," that only fits someone who is WHITE. " I am speechless and offended. It absolutely make no sense that she had to relate that to race. We're Mexican-American btw. She should've explained that the hair texture was different and not say it would fit a white boy. read more

i had been looking for a place to donate my hair and haven't cut it in 7 yrs. After 3 weeks of looking i finally found a place that could cut my hair and mail it to the cancer donation center so i didn't have to send it. I went to the Glendale, AZ location and it was only open for a month. Francis is the one that cut my hair and she was a blast. told her i wanted pictures while my hair was in rubber bands and as the process went; Francis was a blast to work with. Great personality, great sense of humor and just a great individual. I definitely recommend this place. The only down fall is the parking area isn't the greatest and it's kind of small with limited parking. But overall fantastic place great atmosphere and computer check in when you get there read more

But I waited for an hour and 30 minutes for Haircut just to realize that would be even longer. And I will not return

First time customer! Saw this place while driving by, my husband needed a haircut so we decided to stop in. Francis did an amazing job and took very good care of him! Super sweet and paid attention to detail. Customer service is great as well especially since I accidentally spilt coffee on the ground. I did feel really bad and apologized 5 times. We'll be stopping by again and highly consider the monthly membership. read more

The worst... Awful customer service!! Checked in at the location (as we didn't see the name of the person that cut it the time before) and had a seat. While patiently waiting, several people that got there before me were getting upset about having waited a ridiculous amount of time (90 mins) walked out, but I stayed and waited for more than two hours, people that checked in well after I did (on line) were taken first simply because they checked in online... WTF?? That is a very stupid way to do business. We were continuously pushed back... Absolutely not okay!!! When I tried talking to one of the girls she was very rude, I think her name was Nohely or Nydia, whichever one, should be taught how to handle customers in a more professional way. I will never go here again. read more

Make sure to go to Nydia! She always takes care of me and is spot on with her haircuts! She's super attentive and listens to every little detail you want in your cut! Nothing but good things to say about the shop! read more

So I was going to get my hair cut and it was like 7 in the evening and everyone was closing or closed and my barber well I stopped going to him as he was slacking and I found this place and holy moly Francis you finally cut my hair perfectly how I used to have it done when I had my stylist back home in Pennsylvania. She would come to my home and take care of my family and after I left it was hard to find someone like her but Francis I'll be back, it was like 20$ not bad but for her kindness and she talked and was funny and everything it was worth 20$ easily and I tipped but I will be back once I need my hair cut again. Please check them out and give Francis a chance she is such an amazing lady with great talent! The picture is a week or so after I got it done but I love how she did it so yea see you soon Francis! read more

I've literally tried 3 separate times to get in to sign up for the haircut subscription. Let me say, that will not be happening. They are always out the door on a wait, signing in on their app guarantees you nothing other than potentially reducing your wait time from an hour to 45 minutes, and the staff is extremely lackadaisical when they give you the news that they can't actually help you. EPIC BUSINESS FAIL. WHY HAVE AN APP AT ALL?? read more

This place is great! My husband comes here to get his haircuts atleast once every 2 weeks and his barber Claudia always gives him a fresh haircut and keeps him looking good. I totally recommend this place! I recommend any stylist except Anahi, do not let her cut your hair! You will leave not happy. When she cut my hair it was as if she had never cut hair before in her life! Other than her this place is great! The environment is awesome and they do a really good job! It would get 5 starts if it wasn't for Anahi! read more

I found a free haircut card on the ground for this place across town, I made a reservation on line and was in to see Lease within a couple hours time! I was in more than a desperate situation with my hair...I usually have a zero fade and it was months beyond that! Lease and I laughed the entire time and she was even able to do a fantastic job on my head! I wound up signing up for the membership so i can "keep it cut" the way I like it! I hear and read the complaints of the check in system, one thing you have to know and understand is that it is a "check in" service and being a member you are priority however that do have to work in the walk ins as well...so with this in mind, know being a member you are priority however be patient and know they are doing the best they can! BTW ask for Lease and say Joe sent ya!!! read more

I really like Keep It Cut. You can't beat the deals they offer. I'm always treated with respect, care and kindness. Everyone is awesome there and I never have to wait long at all. Let me start by saying I have several employees who are required (by me) to be clean cut. I send them all to KIC. I pay for every single one of their haircuts. I'll never send another person to them. Horrible service! I waited over an hour to get my haircut. Several people walked in after me and got their hair cut before I did. The young lady told me to come back in 2 hours. Not only was she rude, she tried to make me sound impatient and dumb by saying "you've only been waiting an hour" and "I'm trying to explain it but you don't seem to understand" I'll never go back there. You guys just lost about 12 great paying customers. Good luck, KIC. I'll try V's Barber Shop. read more
