Nobody even said hello when I walked in, waited for 20 mins. Staff was rude and didn't make any eye contact. Don't go to the lady with the purple/pink hair. First of all hard to find any complaints when a barbershop or hair salon has an app you can check in on or check the wait time on. I was referred by a friend and was a bit skeptical as to how I can pay the same price I do for one hair cut and unlock a month's worth of cuts for the same price. I set up the account online and through the app made my first appointment. I arrived just before my appointment and was checked in right away with one person ahead of me (being my first time I chose the "first available" option). After about 5-10 minutes I was called back to the chair. I say down and struck up a casual conversation about my hair, the shop, the stylist etc. The rest of the time was not too chatty just general conversation. I was thoroughly pleased after seeing the fade and undercut I received. I again asked about the membership and was reassured the price was once a month and could come back as much as I wanted! New Keep It Cut has opened! I went to this location because my favorite stylist moved here from the Indian school store. Her name is Francis, so sweet and funny. One time I had a terrible haircut, an undercut gone terribly wrong, and I went to her with the intention to just shave my head to start over. She said she'll try to salvage what she can, and she made it so presentable! I was really impressed with her work. So I recommend her for sure! She's very knowledgeable of different hair types and head shapes and also with what is trending. She once gave me a hard part that I loved! The store is new and very clean. My parents went the second time without me to have my brother's haircut again because I highly recommended to go again. After 3 weeks of looking i finally found a place that could cut my hair and mail it to the cancer donation center so i didn't have to send it. I went to the Glendale, AZ location and it was only open for a month. Francis is the one that cut my hair and she was a blast. told her i wanted pictures while my hair was in rubber bands and as the process went; Francis was a blast to work with. So I was going to get my hair cut and it was like 7 in the evening and everyone was closing or closed and my barber well I stopped going to him as he was slacking and I found this place and holy moly Francis you finally cut my hair perfectly how I used to have it done when I had my stylist back home in Pennsylvania. She would come to my home and take care of my family and after I left it was hard to find someone like her but Francis I'll be back, it was like 20$ not bad but for her kindness and she talked and was funny and everything it was worth 20$ easily and I tipped but I will be back once I need my hair cut again. I found a free haircut card on the ground for this place across town, I made a reservation on line and was in to see Lease within a couple hours time! I was in more than a desperate situation with my hair...I usually have a zero fade and it was months beyond that! Lease and I laughed the entire time and she was even able to do a fantastic job on my head! I wound up signing up for the membership so i can "keep it cut" the way I like it! Let me start by saying I have several employees who are required (by me) to be clean cut. I send them all to KIC. I pay for every single one of their haircuts. I'll never send another person to them. Horrible service! I waited over an hour to get my haircut. Several people walked in after me and got their hair cut before I did. The young lady told me to come back in 2 hours. Not only was she rude, she tried to make me sound impatient and dumb by saying "you've only been waiting an hour" and "I'm trying to explain it but you don't seem to understand" I'll never go back there.
