I did a color consultation to confirm the stylist could bring my hair back to the original copper tone I had gotten in April 2025 and booked less than a month later. I needed my hair done for graduation pictures and was nervous about having a different stylist complete my service this time. Thankfully, Tori was on time, patient, friendly, and confident she could get it right and she did! I absolutely love my hair and their prices are very affordable (I'll take a $100+ full color that lasts over a year compared to cheap box dye that probably wouldn't have lasted me six months).

I could feel the razer cut me a bit deeper than normal during the shape up. I knew I was bleeding and the barber did his best to stop it, but he never once apologized. By the end, he had tried a few times to stop it from bleeding, but gave up and got his next appointment in the chair. He never addressed it or offered any sort of discount for cutting me. I really want to continue getting my hair cut here, but I wish this situation had been handled differently. It feels bad to pay full price when you've been cut to the point you are bleeding. Appointment was made with Missy but the day before the appointment it was changed to Tamara without any notification. Tamara, my stylist was very professional and took good care of me. Took about 6 inches off my hair per my request. My first reaction was too much hair product because my hair felt sticky and I didn't like the way my hair was styled. I normally put a beach wave using a flat iron and light hairspray. I came home brushed out the product and restyled. Overall, the cut isn't bad and the service was professional.
