They periodically clean and whip down the equipment. There's a play area for children, vending machines, TVs, ect. They also provide services for you to drop your clothes off and have them take care of everything for you (though I've never used it). The only negative about J&J is that one could say that it's expensive. However, for the peace of mind you have here, I think that is well worth it.

I put my clothes in the dryers and stepped out briefly to pick up my mom. When I came back (about 15 minutes later) the employee had taken my clothes out of two of the four dryers I was using, even though the laundromat was empty and there were plenty of open dryers. She said another customer need it the dryers, and later claimed her employer told her to remove unattended loads. I told her that I 100% agreed when is busy and no dryers are available. What bothered me most is the inconsistency! on a previous visit, when the laundromat was extremely busy, I waited over 45 minutes for an unattended dryer because the staff told me removing clothes would be an "invasion of privacy." I used to like coming here and would drive 7-8 minutes from home, even with laundromats closer to me. But after today, I won't be returning.

Just be prepared to cash out your dollars for quarters. The price per load is pricey(2.25 for 2/1.84 for 3/ 1.56 for 4/1.58 for with free dryers. So, you can decide if it's worth the free dry or not but customer service is hit or miss depending on if you carry nickels or dollars. The owner seems to be very efficient and cleans things personally so it runs well. I'm unsure about service requests because I had to switch out one of the dryers and the limit is 28 items per dryer.

Fortunately it only stunk up a nearby bag in the dryer, I pulled sock out and put it on a machine away from me. No big deal, just weird. A masked lady who worked there was always around. 2nd time fine. 3rd-4th times fine. Last week, I washed and dried all my sheets and blankets using several machines. I read, answered emails during that time. I unloaded the dryers and my most expensive blanket was gone. I looked around, everyone on their phones, masked lady can't be found. Even tho I'm a perfect tenant, I was pushed out of my home recently, I'd always paid the rent, respectful to everyone, an influx of illegals tripled our rent and everyone except illegals , their friends, and a few wealthy tenants got to stay. It was city-wide. I can't ever afford that specific blanket ever again, they may think they struck gold, but I can't help it, I don't respect thieves nor liars. They cheap and low. I refuse to have to sit and stare at my laundry while it's drying. I was very upset for rest of day that anyone would steal from poor people, that's entirely gross. I'm not going to insult animals by calling them animal names, and I'm not going to call them slimy. Of course I won't have anything to do with that slimy place again. Thousands of other laundromats not too different, but not there.

They even have an ice cream deep freeze and EVERYTHING is $1.25! The machines are very clean....like shiny brand new looking clean, WOW! They have both $2 machines and $4...the larger ones are definitely worth it, filling up with a good deal of water, and not a lot of soap residue. They have vending machines with reasonably prices snacks, $1 Arizona tea, and even Monster....There were a few machines down and the restroom was a bit scary and no soap...but other than that it was freaking great! Definitely recommend doing your laundry here! AND DID I MENTION THE FREE DRYERS!!!
