After speaking with the service department in Peoria Heights yesterday, then again this morning, after the recliner was again stuck in full recline, they said they could not get a tech to me for 5 days. I went into the Normal store, told them what the problem was and asked for help. Debbie, my salesperson, asked Julian from the warehouse to follow me home and see what he could do. He quickly determined the problem was wires getting caught in the moving mechanisms underneath, secured them out of the way with zip ties, and everything worked perfectly. Thank you to the Normal store for promptly addressing this issue, but a thumbs down to the service department.

Will NOT contact complaintant when supposed maintenance is completed to test the drying cycle. Shorted me on refund to complete the insulting behavior. The value/cost of machine operation is fine as long as the machine does its job which, at least, these past few months has not been well done.
