    Friendly folks, just an ok selection and not a bad timeline. We started an order with a sales…read morelady, but took the material sample home to check the color with the room. She was busy when we got back, but a gentleman helped us finish the order. Both were very friendly and had no problem with finding answers to our questions. Said 4-6 weeks, but probably closer to 4. We were looking at fold out sofas. They only had 1. But the store isn't that big and I am not sure if those are that popular anymore. The mattress on it was horrible and they said we could upgrade for $300, but didn't have a sample of that mattress. Haven't gotten the sofa yet, so can't review that.

    I bought a small, power recliner from the Normal store a few days ago, then after it was delivered…read moreyesterday it did not work properly, getting stuck in recline or not powering at all. After speaking with the service department in Peoria Heights yesterday, then again this morning, after the recliner was again stuck in full recline, they said they could not get a tech to me for 5 days. I went into the Normal store, told them what the problem was and asked for help. Debbie, my salesperson, asked Julian from the warehouse to follow me home and see what he could do. He quickly determined the problem was wires getting caught in the moving mechanisms underneath, secured them out of the way with zip ties, and everything worked perfectly. Thank you to the Normal store for promptly addressing this issue, but a thumbs down to the service department.
