Great cleaning service! What I liked about the service is that the cleaner was very open to cleaning the way I needed it to be done. I have a huge house, but I don't need areas that we don't really used cleaned. I had her start in the master bathroom and asked her to spend a ton of time on the shower (it was OMG dirty). It literally glowed when she was finished, and she really listened to what I needed. She worked her way room by room, as per my requests. She also asked me to complete a walk-through with her and reassured me that I could point out any areas that I would like re-cleaned (I couldn't find any). She was also patient with my 1 year old daughter who followed her around the entire time wanting to play. My husband was really wowed too! Said the house smelled great and shined. Two girls came out to clean my apartment for Two hours and I was very impressed. My furniture had a built up of dust as well as my ceiling fans and blinds. Everything was cleaned and my mirrors were left spot free. I have damaged carpet from previous renters and my carpet was cleaned to the best of its ability. I contacted this cleaning service and it took several attempts before they contacted me. I need a DEEP, DEEP cleaning what I got was a basic ok cleaning. There was a pile of stuff from the floor being swept that was left under the coffee table. Whatever they mopped with left streaks so I had to go over it. They didn't clean on the mirrors and the ones they did clean again had streaks. There were things thrown away that shouldn't have been. They didn't clean the inside of the oven, they left the exhaust filter off of the stove fan, left on the counter. I was told there would be three ladies for 3.5 hrs. I was told after the 3.5 hrs I would be sent pictured of the progress and if I wanted them to continue then they could. 4 hrs in I'm contacting them asking for an update. 30 min later I was told they needed one more hour....2 hrs later I had to contacted them and I was told 15 more min. Mind you this was a big project as far as cleaning but it is only a 700 sq ft apartment and it took three ladies 6 hrs....that's 18 hrs of work and it still wasn't clean for the $$. Actual house cleaning was ok, cleaning ladies were really nice and friendly, didn't dust all my blinds or ceiling fans as asked during my home consultation. I paid my invoice, asked for a receipt and attempted to reschedule for a second cleaning but never heard back. I have tried calling and emailing with no answers. FYI: follow up with your customers. Don't think I will use their services ever again, I will find someone else who actually follows up with their customers. read more

We had our tile floors re-done and what a huge dusty mess we had, when it was over. I contacted Katiebug Cleaning, via text and was told no problem they would get it taken care of. The gal came out and did a walk thru of what we needed cleaned (which was EVERYTHING!) tile dust was in every nook & cranny! So, the next day 3 gals show up to clean. While they did clean some areas, they did not get the important stuff that I distinctly pointed out, NEEDED to be cleaned...Since we had grandchildren arriving the next day. The lead gal showed me what SHE had cleaned (My husbands alcohol collection) really? was it necessary? no!!! All the places she said would be cleaned, ended up NOT cleaned!!! I was charged $540 and I even tipped them $60 ($20 each) and I feel like a complete stupid idiot for falling for their "cleaning scam"!! Once they left and I started walking around and checking everything out, I couldn't help but take so many photos of the things I asked to be cleaned and did NOT get cleaned. Highly recommend. I used Katiebug's for a whole house clean when I moved out of my rental home. I needed it very clean to get my full deposit back. Happy to say I got the full deposit. The two ladies were early to the job. Very efficient. The oven was pretty dirty, it looked like new when they were done. I did have two complaints, some spots left on the floors, some marks on the walls from pets not cleaned. (Otherwise would have given 5 stars). I texted the owner and she offered to knock off some of the total. I declined, because I felt the price was still very fair and the job overall was excellent. read more

Perhaps I'm wrong but a "deep cleaning" for 500.00 should include cealing fans, blinds and baseboards especially when you paid extra for baseboards. Really nice people but I have to hire someone else and feel like I just threw away my money. read more

Deep cleaning was a bit disappointing as top of fridge was not cleaned nor some top cabinet shelves. The one time cleaning I purchased for a move out apt, top of fridge not cleaned as well. Naturally the Apt Mgrs said they'd deduct from my security deposit for that, saying a "light cleaning" would be necessary. Do not understand as it was left cleaner than when I moved in 4 years ago! This is 1st time I've used a cleaning service: guess I expected more. All in all, Shohondra did a decent job. I doubt I'll use Katiebugs again tho...nearly $400 later not sure it was worth it. I already wrote a review about this company and had previously given them 1 star. They did clean my oven half way so for that I will give them 2 stars. I came home to one of my oven racks in my kitchen sink (uncleaned). Their excuse was they had another house to get to. They broke a vase,knocked a painting off of my wall( left it on my couch) and failed to clean up all the glass from the broken vase! They did an awful job on both of my bathrooms,didn't clean soap build up on shower handles and didn't do even a half decent job on the toilets. There was dust everywhere throughout my home( they merely dusted around stuff). They didn't even clean my floors ,they steam cleaned with a junky steam cleaner that didn't clean my floors at all. They used my vaccum because theirs had something wrong with it and didn't even vaccum under dressers or benches. Definitely NOT a deep clean. If you are looking for a good old fashioned cleaning ,I DO NOT recommend this company. read more
