I have been going to this place for the past 2 years, not so often, but enough to give mu opinion. They are really on high professional level, specialy when the owner is in the store. They are open till 7PM which is great to pick up stuff after work. They work over the weekend. Such a clean place and VERY organized. I left two suites on Sunday afternoon, and they were ready for pick up on Monday after 5PM! Very fast service. They even called me to check if I would like to get buttons sewed. read more

The plaza is very tiny but Clean Bee has a few designated parking spots which makes life easier as patrons will leave in a few minutes anyways. I went in for the first time in August. I brought in a suit, a pair of sweaters, and several shirts. I picked up my clothing about a week later, and everything seemed fine. Because I work in the film industry, which is very casual, most of my dry cleaning hung in my closet for several weeks. I pulled out one white oxford shirt to wear one day, fresh out of the plastic, and noticed the top button was clipped in half. I brought the item back to Clean Bee for a replacement, telling them it was fresh out of the bag and must've broken while being cleaned. An attendant named Claudia intimated I was lying. She pointed out some lint on the shirt, saying it looked like I had worn it. In doing so, she not only lost a customer, but she pointed out to me the fact that they return clothing dirty. Thanks for the help! Ultimately she did replace the button, and I picked up the shirt a week later. I probably wasn't going to be a frequent customer, but considering that shirt was part of a $94 bundle I had done, you would think she would drop the attitude, apologize, and fix the button. Instead you get a crappy yelp review and a customer that will never return, which is easy, considering there are about 12 dry cleaners closer to me. read more

One of the only cleaners open on a Sunday in the surrounding area, which was a big thing for me as I was trying to get things dry cleaned in a pinch! The place is super clean, the greeter is a lovely little Shih Tzu, and the staff was super friendly. I got a FIRST TIME discount on my dry cleaning, which I brought in 5 dress shirts, one suit, and one pair of slacks and the total came out to around $45 dollars. I have been going to this business for more than a year, fortunately I am a very patient person and tried to see if the Customer Servises at this place would improve eventually, but unfortunately nothing changes over the year and instead they changed against me and have been so rude to me and instead of taking caring of me and make sure they do a better job, they refuse to do the right thing and they charged me more than what they need to charge. I will never go here again and highly recommended you don't either. I dropped off a sports coat to have altered on Tuesday for sleeves and shoulder pads. They didn't know how much it would cost but said they'd call me. They never did and when I came to pickup they said it was $70!!! You do get what you pay for, so don't expect this to be a volume-based, discount dry cleaner who does a sub-standard job on your clothes. Prices are certainly fair for the neighborhood, however, and their coupons do make a difference. I appreciate the store calling me in advance if they encounter a hole/tear/stain on any of my garments. This ensures I won't blame them, but also saves me from spending money on a garment I may no longer wish to wear. To elaborate further on the customer service, they knew my name after only a few visits, and I'm greeted with a smile every time I come by. I have been going to Clean Bee Cleaners ever since we moved back to the Westside about 7 months ago. After lots of research I decided to go with them and I am so happy I did! The staff is very friendly and welcoming and they also offer great monthly offers via email! The location is also great with convenient parking and the interior of the cleaners is always clean and neat. They also pay attention to detail when it comes to each garment. I have some dress shirts that have designer tags on the chest pocket and every other cleaner I have gone to didn't pay much attention to it so it would get pressed the wrong way or not at all. When I got my first batch of clothes back from Clean Bee, all the tags were pressed the right way, and they continue to be pressed properly each time.
