We have been going to Clean Bee since they took overtime location. Angela is great! Service is always efficient and cordial. Prices are quite reasonable as is turnaround. We have had issues with other local cleaners but never here. I recommend Clean Bee whenever I can, and often. read more

She is extremely annoying, she got parking lot and put the town away sign illegally to scared the people even though parking lot is available for every store clients. read more

I really wanted to like this place, the staff was nice and the cleaning services was fine. But....the alterations on my dress was pretty bad. The first try was just awful and 2nd try was better, but still not good at all. I just gave up and will take the dress somewhere else to fix it. :-( read more

Great, fast and friendly service. Location may be easy to overlook but Clean Bee has been reliable everytime.

Reliable and reasonably priced cleaners. What more can you ask for? Oh and the staff are friendly. read more

I have been going to this place for the past 2 years, not so often, but enough to give mu opinion. They are really on high professional level, specialy when the owner is in the store. They are open till 7PM which is great to pick up stuff after work. They work over the weekend. Such a clean place and VERY organized. I left two suites on Sunday afternoon, and they were ready for pick up on Monday after 5PM! Very fast service. They even called me to check if I would like to get buttons sewed. read more

Service/Cost: (3.5/5) A little pricey but the quality is very satisfactory. I took in 11 items last time (3 sweaters, 3 pants, 3 dresses, and 1 skirt) and the total came out to about $80. If you are going to be a repeat customer, I would recommend signing up for their mailing list as they sometimes email out coupons that will help in lowering the costs a bit. Service during drop off and pick up were both excellent as the girls working the cashiers both times were very friendly, efficient and helpful. Ambiance: (5/5) Very clean inside and very spacious. No complaint. Location: (5/5) Very convenient location as it is located right on Overland, on the way to the 10 Fwy. The plaza is very tiny but Clean Bee has a few designated parking spots which makes life easier as patrons will leave in a few minutes anyways. Overall: (4/5) I will likely return because the location is extremely convenient for me and the results have been great, which offsets the slightly higher cost. read more

Agnes & Bina provide excellent customer service. (Yes, Bina counts:p-) Mimi's just as wonderful ! Clean location & ambience. Reasonable prices too! Sad I moved out of area by default however appreciate their expert tailoring & worth a drive over the hill to visit with my FAVE dry cleaners & more! read more

Great professional service. Quality cleaners and good value for money esp for your more cherished clothing items. The price is more than other places so make sure to ask for their monthly coupon. I only take suits and more expensive items here and they do a great job with them. Trustworthy. read more

One of the only cleaners open on a Sunday in the surrounding area, which was a big thing for me as I was trying to get things dry cleaned in a pinch! The place is super clean, the greeter is a lovely little Shih Tzu, and the staff was super friendly. I got a FIRST TIME discount on my dry cleaning, which I brought in 5 dress shirts, one suit, and one pair of slacks and the total came out to around $45 dollars. I would definitely come here again and they have their own parking lot of Overland Ave. read more

I went in for the first time in August. I brought in a suit, a pair of sweaters, and several shirts. I picked up my clothing about a week later, and everything seemed fine. Because I work in the film industry, which is very casual, most of my dry cleaning hung in my closet for several weeks. I pulled out one white oxford shirt to wear one day, fresh out of the plastic, and noticed the top button was clipped in half. I brought the item back to Clean Bee for a replacement, telling them it was fresh out of the bag and must've broken while being cleaned. An attendant named Claudia intimated I was lying. She pointed out some lint on the shirt, saying it looked like I had worn it. In doing so, she not only lost a customer, but she pointed out to me the fact that they return clothing dirty. Thanks for the help! Ultimately she did replace the button, and I picked up the shirt a week later. I probably wasn't going to be a frequent customer, but considering that shirt was part of a $94 bundle I had done, you would think she would drop the attitude, apologize, and fix the button. Instead you get a crappy yelp review and a customer that will never return, which is easy, considering there are about 12 dry cleaners closer to me. read more

I have been going to this business for more than a year, fortunately I am a very patient person and tried to see if the Customer Servises at this place would improve eventually, but unfortunately nothing changes over the year and instead they changed against me and have been so rude to me and instead of taking caring of me and make sure they do a better job, they refuse to do the right thing and they charged me more than what they need to charge. I would definitely not recommend this cleaner to anyone I know. The raining should be half a star not even one but I have Ki choice to give a star to them. So disappointed at them. read more

Professional shop, great service. They always finish your clothes quickly and I haven't come across any issues. I struggled for awhile to find a good dry cleaner. Will definitely come back again, Thanks! read more

They did a very good job with my shirts, were quick, and were not too expensive. I'm impressed so far.

So far so good. I went here once and the finished product was good. I recently had issues with my prior cleaners being consistent and with clothes damage, so I changed cleaners. Upon entering Clean Bee Cleaners the staff welcome was warm and they were very friendly. They were ready on time and my clothes were clean and properly packaged. They put spacers on my collars so they would lay nicely. One trip down - so far so good. read more

They clearly don't even check the things they send off to be dry cleaned. My dress came back completely dirty. Disappointing.

I've been using them as my dry cleaners for well over two years now. The service is always extremely efficient, courteous, and correct. I haven't had any problems with items I've dropped off with specific stains or had any clothes damaged. They also feel very reasonably priced compared to other dry cleaners in the area. read more

Pretty good service / good quality. You should use the coupons you can find through their email list, because that's the best way to get a deal. The customer service is good and there is parking in the front. No complaints so far. read more

Great little shop, and the cute dog that hangs out brings it over the top. Competitive prices, and they are much quicker than any other cleaners around. Def recommend! read more

Clean Bee does consistently excellent work, has impressively flexible hours, and top-notch customer service. You do get what you pay for, so don't expect this to be a volume-based, discount dry cleaner who does a sub-standard job on your clothes. Prices are certainly fair for the neighborhood, however, and their coupons do make a difference. I appreciate the store calling me in advance if they encounter a hole/tear/stain on any of my garments. This ensures I won't blame them, but also saves me from spending money on a garment I may no longer wish to wear. To elaborate further on the customer service, they knew my name after only a few visits, and I'm greeted with a smile every time I come by. Sadly, these little touches are increasingly rare finds in business these days. And who doesn't want a cute puppy waddling over to say hello when you enter the store?! :) read more

Even with a 20% coupon, this place is pricey. When the garments I have are just basic Banana Republic kinda stuff, it doesn't make sense to pay about 1/4 of the price of the item to get it cleaned. So my search for the mythical affordable Westside cleaner continues... Place is super clean, the staff is friendly and the dog running around is adorable - definitely a good vibe to the place. Parking lot with space reserved for cleaners in front. read more

I will never go here again and highly recommended you don't either. I dropped off a sports coat to have altered on Tuesday for sleeves and shoulder pads. They didn't know how much it would cost but said they'd call me. They never did and when I came to pickup they said it was $70!!! Had they called me first I would've told them not to go ahead with it. The older Asian woman up front was beyond rude and didn't want to do rift by me. So now they lost a customer. read more

Excellent service from a family-owned business. My items were ready in a short amount of time and in perfect condition.

Mimi and Agnes have been giving me great service for my cleaning for years! I had an article of clothing I dropped off to them that I was considering just throwing away. It was understood that the cleaning might very well damage the article, as it was pretty unique and fragile. It didn't respond very well to the cleaning and Clean Bee didn't even charge me. If I wasn't a convert before, I became one then! Thanks for the great service! Douglas Gosney read more

I have been going to Clean Bee Cleaners ever since we moved back to the Westside about 7 months ago. After lots of research I decided to go with them and I am so happy I did! The staff is very friendly and welcoming and they also offer great monthly offers via email! The location is also great with convenient parking and the interior of the cleaners is always clean and neat. They also pay attention to detail when it comes to each garment. I have some dress shirts that have designer tags on the chest pocket and every other cleaner I have gone to didn't pay much attention to it so it would get pressed the wrong way or not at all. When I got my first batch of clothes back from Clean Bee, all the tags were pressed the right way, and they continue to be pressed properly each time. Sometimes it really is the little things that push a business over the top! read more

DON'T GO HERE! They lose your things and take no responsibility for lost items. They lost three very expensive items and did not attempt to find them or replace them. The Owner, Angela is very rude and not helpful. When I questioned her, she yelled at me. Do yourself a favor and go to a cleaners that keeps track of your items. My experience with them was a total nightmare!!! read more

I choose them initially because of their flexible hours but come back time and time ago because of their great service. The staff is friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. If they don't think they can clean something they will tell you right away or call you before proceeding. They have managed to erase some crazy stains and have proven to be able to handle expensive designer clothes as well as unusual fabrics. Super reasonable prices, fast turnaround.
