I was able to reach someone from the messaging app of "Thumbtack", I was instructed to email another email address to have them review. After the review, there were no apologies or real solutions for the completed project. Instead, an offer for a discount off the minimum fee of $30 off, for Ducks solutions to come again to clean. They also stated that there isn't a guarantee if the new stains can come off. No Thanks! Please do better.
