Should have known better was contacted by them on 6/21 after I responded to an ad. Had an appointment set up for today 7/17. My husband took time off work for this appointment that NO ONE SHOWED UP! Called to inquire after he had 20 minutes away text and they called and told him "will be there soon" and NEVER showed up! Do not trust this company! They make it sound all nice and make you sign a disclaimer saying everything is "okay." But after they leave, the issues start. They serviced me Dec. 2022. March 2023 & Im still having dirt coming into my house for the service that was badly done!!! Plus they damaged my AC system & after they left my heater was not working I had to call another company to come and fix it. If I could give them 0 Stars I would! Very deceptive company! They did a very thorough job inspecting and servicing all vents, AC return ducts, checked out my AC components in the attic, and inspected my dryer vent. They also took pictures before and after servicing so I could personally see the difference their work made. They will offer you a cleaning at an amazing price that says it includes "cleaning of unlimited supply vents," but then will tell you that actually if you want all the supply vents cleaned, that'll be $499. Then when you point out that the deal you bought says it includes "cleaning of unlimited supply vents," they'll tell you that doesn't mean they actually go to every vent and clean it as any reasonable person would think it means. They'll tell you that what you want is a deep clean, which starts at $499. I called Jesse from Clean Air Pro so that I could get an estimate for getting my air ducts cleaned. Until I bought this house, I thought that was a gimmick, but my home was a rental property for 14 years before I bought it, and the ducts were covered in sticky dust. When I changed the air filter, I couldn't even get the dust off the return vent without using a wet cloth. Jesse gave me an estimate that was less than half of what two AC repair companies gave me. He was hired! He and his colleague came out on a Saturday morning and cleaned all my vents, discovering that 5 were closed in the attic. Contacted Clean Air Pro to ask for an estimate. I called after hours on Friday 5/6, so I ended up texting when someone responded to my missed call with a text. No problem. They sent a technician out promptly on Monday. The technician came as promised and began his assessment. He went into the attic and took a few pics and videos. I'm working from home, so he waited several minutes while I wrapped up a zoom call. I appreciated this. He then showed me the pics of the air ducts covered in dust. He also showed me a couple of videos. One showing my dryer vent, which was clogged. I could see that the lint was not venting out properly. The other video was of my blower motor compartment covered in mold. He explained the mold was coming through the air ducts. This is alarming! No one wants to breathe in mold. He recommended a deep cleaning and mold remediation. $1250 regular price. I immediately recognized the attic shown in the mold video was not my attic! However, I was working and didn't have time to discuss. I asked him to send the pics and videos. I sent him a text directly the next day to schedule an appt. He returned my call and we agreed on Saturday 5/14. I then asked him to come back to the house and show me the mold in my attic. Needless to say, I never heard from or saw him for the appointment. I can't imagine how many people have paid for mold remediation based on a deceptive video, and they didn't actually have mold. Disgusting practice! read more
