During set-up they notified their might be a power issue related to the system but after discussion with the owner, they determined that the system would be adequately powered. Overall it was a great experience and I believe the system the set-up was a great value. Looking to get lower bills in the summer when the heat cranks up! Quick overview - Our Whirlpool dryer was having difficulty drying laundry. I'm embarrassed to say that I didn't maintain the dryer vent until recently - and by then it was too late. I tried on my own to clean the vent - from using YouTube videos for guidance and extended brushes to clear out the vent. Unfortunately, too much wet lint had built up over the years. I needed a specialist. After researching companies that specialize in dryer vent cleaning, I settled on Elk Grove Air Duct Cleaning Company. I have no regrets. None. What else can I say but EGADC and their service technician Vince checked all the boxes one could wish for. No upselling, prompt, polite, explained things as they unfolded, friendly and very professional. I had a repair person scheduled for the next day to look at the dryer's sensor and related issues to ensure the dryer is functioning properly.
