They fell off because the hardware and method used to install was inappropriate for the size and weight of the drawer facings. Apparently their work was outsourced. Round and round with them and corporate under warranty claim they refused to stand by their warranty, left it up to us to pursue action. Several months in and no resolution. Thank you for proving my point. They deny their own warranty, send you in circles to Corporate, then refuse the claim. Picture below is what was on our paperwork.

He took time to listen to my issue, made time quickly to look at the rig. He diagnosed the problem promptly, took photos and explained to me what the issue was. Gave me options to correct the issue. (One option was to have the issue fixed once I got home because it was fairly minor and not an urgent matter.) However, he was willing to expedite shipping to get the part, next day and install. His shop was immaculate and his fastidious ways instilled a sense of trust, I had him fix the issue and was totally satisfied!!!. (He even fixed my annoying faucet while he was at it. Instead, Lowe's subcontracted the job to Lindberg Construction, and the results were unacceptable. We experienced major construction defects, including a sinking deck, drywall tape showing through the paint, sliding glass doors that would not open or close properly, and gaps large enough to let in daylight and cold air. This was not the quality we were promised. We spent more than a year trying to get these problems corrected, making countless phone calls and sending emails with little resolution. We eventually filed complaints with the BBB and the Attorney General's office because we felt we had no other option. If Lowe's chooses the contractors they send to customers' homes, they should stand behind their work. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Lowe's or Lindberg Construction for a major home improvement project. Nobody should have to go through what we did.
