They fell off because the hardware and method used to install was inappropriate for the size and weight of the drawer facings. Apparently their work was outsourced. Round and round with them and corporate under warranty claim they refused to stand by their warranty, left it up to us to pursue action. Several months in and no resolution. Thank you for proving my point. They deny their own warranty, send you in circles to Corporate, then refuse the claim. Picture below is what was on our paperwork.

The fronts of the refaced drawers are coming off, the covering that was used over my oak is pealing is several places, and one of the doors is falling off. I communicated with the main tech that did the work about the problem. He responded that he would talk to his boss and let me know if it was something they had time to do. No response. It was postponed a few times. The last one gave me a time frame and the time came and went. I called and was told they just received it that day and could possibly deliver the next day. I reschedule again and four days later I received a phone call saying that they were unable to get that refrigerator. After waiting 7 weeks and told they had it. I received my refund but nothing for the time wasted waiting for it. I will never purchase an appliance from them again.
