This physician has been our family doctor for many years. I have never met an expert in so many…read moreareas that is equally compassionate and patient. He demonstrates his expertise in a holistic way: diet, exercise, relationships, medications, surgeries, etc. I think he's brilliant and very human. In addition I am profoundly grateful that he communicates with the whole care team for the patient. For example, if you need cardio care, he coordinates the data and consults with the other physicians and gives you as much time as you need to understand your options and your diagnoses. This is critical when you're at a juncture between several experts and doctors. He's a real mensch.

They have a lot of excellent doctors but, unfortunately, they have placed an unbearable bureaucracy…read morebetween them and the patients. Some examples: 1. When seeing a new doctor, they wanted me, not unreasonably, to get a COVID test. However, they insisted that I do it at one of their facilities. This meant driving a long distance (about a half hour out of the way) for a test that you can get at pretty much any medical facility. 2. I was given wrong information about the location of one of their facilities for an 8 a.m. appointment. Then, when I couldn't find it and called them to get the correct directions, they told me that the technician hadn't shown up for work. They also told me that they had called me and left a message to that effect. That was simply a lie. Bottom line: if you have a choice. use the other guys.
