They broke a bridge and dropped the mobile home in a ditch. One living room window was shattered…read more Kenny stated they would replace the window then he began sending me "good morning beautiful" and "sweet dreams beautiful" texts while claiming the window was on back order. This went on for about a month and when I didn't reciprocate his "affections" they quit responding to my inquiries about fixing the window they shattered. They poured the piers in the wrong spot so I had to pay $900 to have the piers fixed. Half of the block supports are leaning, one set wasn't even supporting the mobile home and fell over. I contacted an attorney.

I apologize for this being long but this needs to get out there. The world is a very sad place now…read morea days and it makes me sad that people are so judgmental. I recently was told that one of their mobile homes was becoming available for rent. I have a family who attends my childcare facility, and they are in need of a home due to their previous home being sold., they lived there for 2 years and paid $800 a month in rent as well as other utilities and mom was never late. The mom was at work, so I went up to their office and got an application for the mom to start the process. Nina was not pleasant at all. She immediately started critizing the mom because she had multiple children, and the mother and father were not together. I explained the mother was very down earth and the home would be fitting for her and her children. We know another family that rents from them that has children, but they are a few years older. The mom did the application and provided the information accordingly. It asked for three loan references, but mom did not take out loans and Nina said prior renters are okay also. Mom listed the prior renters and their information as well as her work information, and even took it a step further and got information for her previous work showing she worked and was prepared to provide paystubs and pay first and last month's rent today. Upon showing up today with all the requested information, Nina looks at the mom and says, "I just don't feel comfortable- I mean you don't give me anything to go off of here." Naturally, I am very much taken back by this as a businessperson because she did all the necessary things and Nina did not even take the time to call any of the renters, whom she paid the same amount of rent to prior that she would be paying at this place and was never late, nor did she want to hear anything in regard to us questioning why she was not giving her the time of day. She stated she talked to Kenny, her son, and he said he didn't feel comfortable with her living there and having multiple children with their cattle's and horses very close to the home. Mind you, two other families live near this area with children as well. Kenny was not present to even discuss this with us. She proceeded to ask the mom how much money she makes at her job and THEN she looks at her and says "Honey, you can't afford this." I said,' Excuse me, but you have renters' information listed here and they could vogue she paid the same amount at her previous place for over 2 years and never was late and had no issues. Then others prior to that. Why are you choosing not to call them?" Nina then states it's her choice and she is not renting to her. I asked for an explanation. She then says, " Kids are like dogs, they do nothing but destroy things, break things and color on the walls and this place is too nice for that." I said "Are you serious? That is not fair that you are referring to her children that way and you have not even met them nor given her the time of day to even possibly make this an option. I came in here yesterday and we talked for 30 minutes, and you never said any of this other than oh she has multiple children, and she is pregnant. Hopefully the dad pays child support because I am sure she needs it. You never once said that basically it was a waste of time." I then sent the mother outside as she was in tears. I then continued to ask her how this was okay when she wasn't even given the allotted chance. She said she didn't have to explain it to me and that if she says no, it means no and she's not renting to her. I was flabbergasted to say the least. I could not believe she was treating this mother this way and DENYING her the chance to even rent the place- without checking into any information due to her having multiple children and Nina stating she couldn't afford it, meanwhile never asked for stubs or anything. Again, Mom even had the first and last month's rent with her to begin the process. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone as they are not considerate and non-judgmental. My heart is overly sad...

They would say they would call back and never did. We have proof of text of pictures that was sent to them showing some of the issues. Today I called and was told that they do not have a log of any of the numerous calles that were made. We went on our phones and found some proof. It won't do us any good but we did. I have screen shot pictures that show were they texted them to a lady that was supposed to be helping them from Ferrell in July and never did. Then it got to the point that this fall the wires at the breaker box melted and could have burnt the home down. Finally spoke with the owner and he said he had no log of them trying to get help.
