Great price, quality built trailer. Staff was extremely helpful, and process was quick and easy.read more

All four of the wheel bearings were overly tightened and not enough grease was in them. This was a 2022 trailer that was built by Cynergy2 cargo llc and sold to me by Ouachita trailer sales. Once I arrived back in California I realized that all four brand new tires that were on the trailer had delaminated and separated becoming out of round. I had to have all four tires replaced and while it was at the tire shop they brought to my attention that the rear axle on the trailer had bearing failure along with brake failure. The entire rear axle brake assemblies on each side had to be completely replaced because they were assembled incorrectly and destroyed themselves on my 2500 MI return drive home. I had contacted the dealership where I purchased the trailer and they told me that the warranty company would have to take care of it. I contacted the warranty company and they never responded back to me. I ended up having to pay $1,468 to have the trailer repaired. The dealer who sold me the trailer told me to bring the trailer back to them. How am I supposed to bring back a trailer 2500 miles without having it repaired first? The shop that I was at declared the trailer unsafe and unroadworthy to make the return journey. Which means I would have had to pay to put my 28 ft trailer on a semi truck which would have cost me $10,000 to return it back to the dealership. The dealership refused to pay for the repairs done on the brand new trailer that they just sold me. And the warranty company has not returned any of my phone calls. I will never purchase a trailer from them ever again and all buyers beware. These trailers are poorly manufactured and their customer service is horrible. I am now seeking legal action against all three parties involved. Don't go through the problems that I dealt with. Find a better dealer and manufacturer. Write to Nicholas Alexander De Filippis
