I had an outstanding experience getting my car serviced. Michael, my service advisor, was absolutely fantastic--professional, friendly, and very communicative throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all my questions were answered, which made the experience stress-free and smooth. Nathaniel, the technician who worked on my car, did an excellent job. His attention to detail and quality of work really showed, and my car is running perfectly. It's clear he takes pride in his work. Overall, the customer service was top-notch from start to finish. I truly appreciate the professionalism and care from both Michael and Nathaniel, and I would highly recommend this service department to anyone looking for reliable and exceptional service. read more

After 5 dealerships, alot of misleading information and gimmicks to get us into the dealerships finally we landed at Clay Cooley were Alex and Brendon thie service manager really made the car buying experiencing amazing. Totally different experience than the dealers before. Bought the car we came to but, never tried to get us into something we had no interest in and work to get the deal done that we were looking for. We were Honda or die but this experience will definitely have us shopping at Clay Cooley and purchasing another Chevy soon. Thanks to the team at Clay Cooley and I hope you guys have a great 2026!! read more

My wife and I worked with Alan at Clay Cooley Chevrolet. I can't begin to tell you how great it was working with him. He made buying out of state easy. Alan sent videos of the car. He went above and beyond to make sure it was a car that we wanted to move forward with, which was a 2024 Ford Bronco. He picked up my wife at the airport and brought her back to the dealership and just tonight he called us post sale to make sure that we were happy with the purchase. Thanks again, We certainly appreciate you very much!! read more

Accommodating and understanding through the whole process. He made sure we stayed informed, and were comfortable throughout. We will continue to use them in the future, this is the second vehicle we've purchased from them. If you're in the market, give Gadiel a call! You won't be disappointed. read more

I just bought my 2026 Chevy Colorado this past weekend and Pedro, my sales guy, was awesome! I did my research to determine what truck I wanted prior to going to the dealership but the sales and finance team made the process smooth and quick. My wife and I weren't there maybe an hour and a half. I have already recommended someone to Clay Cooley and Pedro and I will do it again. read more
