Unfortunately, a security officer appeared to watch one friend, who is about 25, throughout our visit. He eventually pulled her aside to question what was in her water bottle and question her about her age. By then, we all had liquor cards for the pour wall provided inside of the arcade so I guess I'm not really sure why he was so over the top also absolutely no one was drunk as our kids were present. I understand Area 254 has rules about outside drinks and alcohol, and she agreed to put the bottle in her car when asked. What upset us was how the interaction escalated: he questioned her at length, then raised his voice at our table like we are a group of kids. We felt very disrespected , especially since there were several other water bottles on the table that weren't questioned. What could have been a brief, respectful conversation turned into an uncomfortable interruption to our birthday celebration. Area 254 is a place where families and adults come to have fun. I hope management addresses how situations like this are handled so guests are treated with respect while the rules are enforced. We watched him proceed to harass other grown adults that were enjoying themselves. There was a couple drinking at a table and he had a manager pulled over and was yelling at them too ultimately, he just needs to learn his place. You are the equivalent to mall security, you are not top-flight security of the world. Relax.

Basically, a worker quit, and instead of bringing the truck himself, he just enjoyed his Saturday and left us, and all our attendees, hanging. But that's not all. Despite multiple emails and giving them plenty of opportunity, HE STILL HASN'T REFUNDED US! I just can't abide bad business such as this I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was just too much. Book at your own risk, because if it's inconvenient to them, they will just cancel last minute and not give two you know what's about it. Or a refund for that matter... Two thumbs down
