They offer some nice incentives for first-time players, the staff is outstanding, and all the players were great to sit with. The tables were in good shape, the room was clean, and the whole place felt safe. The dealers were kind and happy to explain to me some of the unique things about the room such as bomb pots and high hands... I've been to other rooms where it feels like you are bothering them if you ask for a little explanation... that was NOT the case at Just Jacks! I played for a few hours, booked a small win, and left to a bunch of smiles and "good games" from everyone. And if the night wasn't already good enough, the security guard went out of his way as I was leaving -- he was about 15 feet from the door, noticed I was heading out, told me to have a great night, and I'm pretty sure he even made sure I got to my car safely. Not that it was needed; the area is well lit... plus I'm too fat for anyone to kidnap anyway. Overall, great room, great people, and would definitely come back!!!
