BEAN (prior name-Elmo) was ill upon arrival and two vets in our state verified that he had contracted PARVO prior to, or during his transport from Missouri. PARVO is a horrible disease! Lori refused to acknowledge any part of her liability, which ultimately left my husband and I with an over $12K medical bill that we are trying to recover, at least some part. As a result, we are filing complaints to bring light upon our plight. As senior citizens, this is a sad affair. There is little doubt that Lori believes in her business as a chihuahua breeder; however, it would have been nice to have her meet us half way to recover at least some of our costs, and to acknowledge that one of her puppies was ill. Breeding dogs DOES come with responsibility and follow thru. Be careful if you are thinking of buying a puppy from this Missouri breeder. Thankfully, our little BEAN is now healthy, happy and thriving. But our financial problems from this purchase shall go on for some time.

This was done quickly after Dr Bates put his knee that was injured on the ice, back in place. He was very thorough and explained everything to me. Gave Magic a shot for pain and yeast in his ears. Sent me home with pain medication and will find out his thyroid issue tomorrow. I have a new veterinarian for my pups.
