It had been…read moreawhile since we had been in the pet store and it now has extra lighting so you can actually see in there and the "smell" is gone - it smells fresh, pets all look healthy so if you haven't been there in awhile go ahead and venture it - clean, fresh and friendly. Went back again today to pick up the baby guinea pig since we picked up supplies the last time. I am wishing this guy all the luck and hoping that once he has been there for awhile, I can give the place 5 stars! It is so good to see anyone here making a real effort to satisfy/listen to the customers. Check it out.

The staff is beyond knowledgeable and genuinely kind, and they truly went above and beyond to help me. You can feel how much love and pride they put into this business. I would give them a ZERO if I could…read more Unfortunately, I won't spend my hard earned money at a store who refuses me, the customer, access to their bathroom. Their 'excuse' started with: "We don't have a public bathroom" I pressed that I was about to have an accident and needed a restroom, and that I was a paying customer, not 'the public'. Their response? "Our bathrooms are not ADA compliant". As IF I needed ADA compliance, I certainly was not in a wheelchair or other needs for access. In fact, I was looking right at their bathroom as this conversation transpired. If you aren't going to allow bathroom use to your customer, I won't spend my money there. It's just this thing called customer service Went thru this in Tucson, with all the drug addicts and homeless. Tucson started securing bathrooms. Kind of ridiculous here if you ask me. Guess I will spend MY hard earned cash elsewhere. Goodbye, Champion . You seem more like a LOSER to me. C'est la vie.
