However, I came about a week ago and had a kind of weird experience. The staff are usually very nice and polite, but some employee working at the cafe register was pretty rude to me and my friends. I can't really see the menu that good so I like to order on a kiosk if I can, so I tried to do that but this employee with glasses and I think pink hair started laughing at me with another employee and said "you can just order here yknow." So I felt weird and just ordered from her, and then throughout the whole process she kept rudely and loudly going "WHAT?!?!" after I asked for something. It was pretty rude and she just had a bad tone overall. Someone who deals so closely with customers should not really act the way she was. I feel bad writing this because besides this experience, I love the arcade so much and have supported it for a while now, so i'll keep coming.

Although a smaller venue it was lively & the prizes/stuffies were cute. Something for everyone. They also have a drink station that has water and you can make coffee as well. Massage chairs for parents waiting for their kids as they enjoy themselves. Way to cater to us parents as our kids drain our accounts love it! Behind the cashier is a wall full of dumplings and squishies. Had the kids all excited! Will definitely be back!

It's a squeeze to maneuver into the seats, but once in I felt secure. And I loved that the straps over the shoulder were just that straps... Far too often I am banging my head at other amusement parks with the over the shoulder bars they have. Not for this one. You were secured with the straps and lap bar. The speed, drops, loopty loop, were all the best. Like I said, "I LOVED IT!" Give it a try. They absolutely don't allow ANY loose items on the rollercoaster. There are lockers right before you get to the coaster line/Employee checkpoint, to the right. It's only $1. There was no line for the coaster even though there was a long line to purchase tickets. They also are strict on height. If you have difficulty finding the coaster... Go inside new York, new York... Follow the signs and once you see an Italian restaurant you will go up the stairs. You will see a painting of the coaster and name of it on the wall in the top corner above the stairs. Don't go to far or the guys trying to sell timeshares will harass you lol. They got us all turned around before we actually found the coaster.

Luckily, there are lockers nearby for around $1, so storing your belongings is quick, easy, and inexpensive. We visited on a Friday night and purposely waited until it was dark so we could enjoy the views of the Las Vegas Strip while riding. We had purchased our tickets online ahead of time, which I highly recommend because it allowed us to skip the ticket line. Once inside New York-New York, the coaster was easy to find, and we only waited about 30 minutes to ride. As a plus-size woman, I was happy to find that I fit comfortably on the ride, which is always something I appreciate knowing before visiting an amusement attraction. It was over 100°F outside the night we rode, so flying through the loops, twists, and huge drops while getting blasted with warm desert air made for a pretty wild experience! I'll admit, I was a little terrified--the drops are much bigger than I expected, and I rode a good portion of it with my eyes closed. The ride itself is fairly short, but it's packed with excitement from start to finish. My teenager absolutely loved it, and even though it scared me a bit, I'm really glad we did it. If you're visiting Las Vegas with kids or teens, I'd definitely recommend adding the Big Apple Coaster to your itinerary.
