I LOVE THIS SPOT! They have so many cute plushies and staff are super friendly. They do get crowded on weekends at night time and it's a small space with around 15 claw machines. The grip on the claw is decent. You can definitely win a plushie within 5 tries. You can always ask them to reposition for you too.

You'll definitely walk out with wins! I love Japanese claw arcades and this was a positive experience. The workers were very very kind, and they will adjust the prizes to make it easier for you if you ask. The claw strength is variable, and definitely runs on the weaker side, but having the prizes in more optimal positions helps. $50 for 65 coins Nice time!

I must say this place is very kind and willing to help you out to try to win some prizes. They had some actual brand items like Pokémon and some close to the real Sanrio characters, stitch and others. Coming for a $1/play I think it is totally worth it. Like I said before they are willing to make it easier for you to win by putting it at the edge so it can be easier to grab. They will ask you if you want a specific item and really just make the experience worth it. Claw machines are rigged. Let's just be real, but this place gives you a fighting chance. Then the trade up for the bigger prize is really just a perk as well as a trade in Tuesday deal where it can be cheaper to upgrade the prize. read more

This is the first claw arcade I've been to (likely won't be my last). We got there 20 minutes before they closed and I bought $20 worth of tokens, thinking we wouldn't finish them all and we would come back the next day. We drained the $20 in 10 minutes and I ended buying more tokens, $30 worth.. This place is highly addictive. We came out with 5 wins, which seemed little compared to the people we saw there with bags full of stuffies. Needless to say, my 4-year old daughter had a lot of fun- from the 5 wins, she scored 2 of them, which was pretty exciting. When we got home, I ended up watching a bunch of videos on IG of how to win at these things, which is retrospect I wish I did before we came, lol. Also, after reading a bunch of reviews on here, I wish I would have known it's ok to ask staff to reposition the stuffies in the machine, trade for others, etc. Now I know for next time. We still have leftover tokens, so we will definitely be back. But again, highly addictive.. not a good thing. But, my daughter had fun, (and won), and to me that's all that matters! read more

We used to love coming here. It's expensive but the cost was worth how happy it made my kids. Everyone who worked there was friendly and enthusiastic. My kids would be winning 5-10 plushes each. They would trade for a big plush and leave thrilled. Our last 3 visits have all been busts. The claws seem to be significantly looser and for $30 my son won 1-2 small plushes each time. This was never our experience in the past, only our recent visits. I am not coming to drop money just to leave with crying and frustrated kids. That's not fun for me or them. The employees also seem unhappy. The place is clean but the vibe is off. We will not be coming back. Bummer. We used to come here at least 2x a month and I'd spend $100 on 3 kids. Gotta find something new. read more

We've brought our kiddos here multiple times now, and I shall say this is our favorite claw arcade to go to. They are located off of S. Eastern in the same shopping center as Somi Somi. The workers are always so friendly and helpful. They're constantly wiping down their machines. We enjoy that they have stamp cards that accumulate stamps with every $20 you spend. Once you fill up nine stamps. You get 20 free tokens. My kids enjoy the options of plushies in their machine, and enjoy exchanging it for the price options they offer. read more

OVERVIEW: My daughter and I were in the area for dinner and didn't realize we had a claw arcade in the same plaza, so we stopped by after our meal. This is located in a well-populated plaza right off Eastern, with tons of food, snack, dessert, and boba options extremely close by. AMBIANCE: The doors were wide open and the lights both inside and out and signage are bright and welcoming. There are plenty of machines with a variety of prize options, and the place was impeccably clean and modern. SERVICE: As soon as we walked in, the staff members welcomed us, and as soon as I said it was our first time ever to a claw arcade, they explained everything from the cost of coins per machine (most 1 coin per machine, with each coin = $1), to how to exchange for larger prizes. They were super patient and helped us with a smile. I think the coolest part is that they will rearrange the prizes in a machine if you're trying to get something in particular - I loved that, especially for my daughter. OVERALL: I highly recommend it for a fun experience. We spent $10 on coins and walked away with a single plushie, but I got to watch my daughter have fun, both in frustration at watching prizes slip away from the claws, and especially the joy of watching a prize actually stay caught and drop into the collection area. read more

After dinner in the area, my hubby and I decided that we wanted to play some claw machines to get some new stuff animals. This was absolutely the cutest place. When we entered, we were greeted by the friendly staff. They conveyed that they could give us tips on how to get the prizes and we're also willing to change placements of the stuff animals for us to get them. They also explained that when you win a prize in a certain machine you can do trades within the same machine. I thought that was thoughtful and awesome. When we got our coins, there was a bit of variety in terms of stuff animals. They even had smaller ball capsules with prizes as well as package food prizes. I thought that was cool. As we played the games, some were difficult yet we won up to about 10 stuff animals, keychains and capsules. When you are finished, you can redeem your stuff animals for bigger prizes like a Very Large stuff animal, anime figures, cute bags/purses, and other stuff animals (not in the claw machines). I would highly recommend for a cute date night with your partner or bringing your kids for some fun! read more

Loveeeee it! Best location ever. Located next to our favorite popcorn and boba tea place! We had such a great fun time here! The machines here are NOT rigged like the local competitors. We really went to all the other ones during our five day trip and this one is top tier. The plushies are super cute. Trade in value is less than the competitors and the machines are easy to play. Great place to spend family time. Machine play will be perfect for little ones because they make winning here easy which is so nice. The staff was so friendly. We love the arcade and the staff. We love this place! It's not crowded (we went just after it opened, 11:15am, and was greeted with a welcome from the young lady working there. The fact they are accommodating in positioning the dolls/prizes so that the claw has a better grip on them. Spent $30 and won 2 fry dolls and 2 other stuff animals including a pokemon. Speaking of pokemon, used 5 coins and won 3 pokemon packs! Usually, at the store, they cost $5 each . Not to mention they are the only claw place that I know of, offers a stamp card. After you spend $20(9x), you'll receive 20 coins for free. You can also trade up for bigger prices. So far, our favorite crane game location. We will be back for some more. read more

Luckily, there are lockers nearby for around $1, so storing your belongings is quick, easy, and inexpensive. We visited on a Friday night and purposely waited until it was dark so we could enjoy the views of the Las Vegas Strip while riding. We had purchased our tickets online ahead of time, which I highly recommend because it allowed us to skip the ticket line. Once inside New York-New York, the coaster was easy to find, and we only waited about 30 minutes to ride. As a plus-size woman, I was happy to find that I fit comfortably on the ride, which is always something I appreciate knowing before visiting an amusement attraction. It was over 100°F outside the night we rode, so flying through the loops, twists, and huge drops while getting blasted with warm desert air made for a pretty wild experience! I'll admit, I was a little terrified--the drops are much bigger than I expected, and I rode a good portion of it with my eyes closed. The ride itself is fairly short, but it's packed with excitement from start to finish. My teenager absolutely loved it, and even though it scared me a bit, I'm really glad we did it. If you're visiting Las Vegas with kids or teens, I'd definitely recommend adding the Big Apple Coaster to your itinerary.

Our midday experience thrust us into the blinding July summer sun blazing down upon us as we climbed to the top of the first summit - we tried to shield our eyes but it did nothing for the mounting heat that had me sweating by the top of ... THE FIRST DROP... (let your breath out slowing as you go...), then another and then you're thrown into a FULL LOOP where the centrifugal force shoves you into a pile of goo in your seat, followed by a little CORKSCREW-BARREL-ROLL maneuver and by the time you've caught your breath you hit a series of little up and down gut-sloshing, ass-smashing moves. Next thing you know, you're hurled left, then right - or maybe right then left - and up a little hill then into a CYCLONIC FUNNEL in a downward decent where you think you're done but then you hit a couple of parking lot speed bumps at maximum speed (more ass-banging) before you enter a dark tunnel where you think, "Oh God, what's next," but you get a quick glimpse into the casino right before the ride ends. Definitely a value (albeit it a different one) to the $25 cheeseburger, and more memorable than a t-shirt, just don't eat the burger before you board.

Another time, a pack of teenage boys determined to ruin the movie for everyone else. This time, my neighbor ate an entire large bag of chips from the opening scene to the closing credits, crunching every bite and rustling the bag nonstop. I know not every situation can be handled perfectly by staff, but people who disrupt the experience really should be escorted out. Pro tip: bring blankets because they like to run ac even in winter.

We tried various machines where every time we would get the item and the claw would be moving halfway towards the drop off section. The claw would open up on its own, even though the item was secure in the claw while moving the first couple seconds. The mail working the register told me his manager calibrates the claw machines in a way that you have to keep spending on it until you can have a payout. He said there's nothing he can do about it and that's how claw machines work. I feel like that's a poor excuse if you spend about $50 for young kids to try to get a prize. Other claw machines around town do not drop your item that many times and force you to keep spending over and over again. I think this will be our last time here.

Yes they have arcade games for kids, but they also had a large carnival ride, mini golf and a legit tiny bowling alley (which broke down 3 times while trying to use . The food at the buffet was not really anything to write home about, pizza , pasta, salad, and some dessert. A lot of the food trays were empty as it seems they put more out for dinner (we were they for lunch). The pizza was okay I suppose, but the two things I legitimately liked were the chicken nuggets and cinnamon rolls. The chicken nuggets were legit like McDonald's chicken nuggets and in my opinion a hyper processed delight. The games overall were good. Aside from the aforementioned bowling alley, we didn't have anything else break on us and our two small children (3 and 5) had plenty to do there. I wouldn't hesitate to come back again

We hired In Suite Arcade to entertain our daughter's friends at her birthday party held in a hotel…read moresuite. We rented a 46" tv, Wii with 2 remotes and 2 games from Matt (all day rental for $130). The kids had a blast! All communication prior to the event was done by text. Matt responded to all of my questions within a couple of hours. He showed up on time, dressed professionally & has a very pleasant demeanor. He came back to pick up all of the equipment at our agreed upon time. We were extremely impressed with Matt's service and look forward to working with him again for future events.
