I've scheduled appointments on multiple occasions, only to be left waiting because they can't manage their own schedule. This isn't an isolated issue either; the same problem exists at the Alamo Ranch location. Appointments are not a complicated concept. You publish available times, customers choose one, and the expectation is that the business honors it. Repeatedly failing to do so shows a lack of basic professionalism and respect. If you can't keep appointments, stop pretending you take them seriously.

I was not agree because first of all it was not our fault. they had to fix her mistake and at lease not charge for corrections. the manager asked me for the edge of my daughter because she is an adult telling me as my daughter has to assume the situation because she was over 18. it doesn't matter the edge of my daughter, she doesn't have experience going to a hair salon. it was just her second time doing something on her hair. it was very disappointing to be on the wrong side of hands.

It all started with a walk-in and a handshake…read more I was greeted by David immediately upon walking in. I had made a call to see if they were taking walk-ins and he reassured me that they were. I did not even have to tell David anything about my hair or my beard in order for him to get started. He asked me if I had gotten my haircut in 2 1/2 months and he was absolutely correct. This allowed him to proceed with the cut without any other information. Geez this man is so talented. He went above and beyond when it came to asking for feedback, and he also made sure that my nose hairs were trimmed and that I looked great overall. He did say a mantra that will stick with me forever: "a great barber will spend an extra six minutes on their client for the perfect cut." He did exactly that. The haircut came out great- we would go back over and over- but please tell me in what world is a kids cut $80?! That's a lot for an 11yr old to get a haircut- add tip to that and we spent $100 on a haircut for our kid. This wasn't a difficult cut, I'm curious why it's so expensive and feel like others should be warned. But he is happy with it and ultimately that's what we wanted.
