No explanation was given, and there was no effort to discuss the situation or retain my business. Ending a long-term customer relationship without notice or clarification is unprofessional and creates unnecessary confusion. Basic communication would have gone a long way toward handling this appropriately. I am leaving this review so others are aware and can make an informed decision.
