Multiple times throughout the year that I have been going every two weeks, he will text me to reschedule because he wants to do something with family. Ok, I get it, family comes first. However, I recently had a manicure done and ended up with a crack. I had made an appointment to get it fixed the next day. When I showed up for the appointment, they looked at me like I was crazy and when I explained what was going on, they stated "oh, he went home". That's it! No text, no phone call. Unfortunately for me, I'm left searching for a new nail tech as reliability is pretty important.

I went in for builder gel on my natural nails and spent 2.5 hours for a service that was poorly executed from beginning to end. The nail tech cut all of my natural nails down and THEN proceeded to tell me I needed a full set -- despite my nails being completely fine beforehand and not needing one before they were cut. That alone was frustrating and disappointing. I specifically asked for oval nails and somehow ended up with a random mixture of oval, round, uneven, and inconsistent shapes. None of the nails match, the shaping is sloppy, and the overall result looks rushed despite spending hours in the chair. Paying for a premium service should not leave you regretting the appointment the moment you walk out. I gave this salon a chance and unfortunately left completely disappointed. Save your time and money -- I will absolutely not be returning.
