Bob did an amazing job with my hair. I asked for a trim, and he removed all the dead ends while adding beautiful layers and curtain bangs that frame my face perfectly. We booked a haircut and a perm with Bob, they made a mistake and thought we had only booked a haircut. My son had grown his hair out specifically to get a perm. When we arrived, Bob only asked for the name on the booking without confirming the details. It wasn't until I asked him--while he was already cutting the hair--"So, the 30-minute includes both the cut and the perm, right?" that he went back to check the actual booking. Good grief, why aren't you professional? You messed up something as simple as checking the schedule. In the end, my son got a perm on very short hair. How would you feel if you grew your hair out for a perm, only for the stylist to cut it short instead? I hate getting somewhere with an appointment only to have confused people take a long time to find my name/ appointment. To go to the restroom - since you answered a call during our styling and your hair stylists saw me go to the restroom... where else would I've gone.. you saw me come out of the ladies room and walk back to the styling chair. I was quite excited coming into your salon, mentioning that I was referred by your previous client. As I mentioned at the end of the review with (1) photo shared, that your salon is clean. If you read your lowest reviews - there is a pattern of clients expressing their dismay over their haircuts and leaving your establishment unhappy. I've visited other salons and establishments and I was honestly distressed with the hair cut I received from your business. A little empathy for your patrons would be greatly appreciated. I HIGHLY recommend Ayaka for men's haircut. She is so meticulous and thoughtful with the way she cut my boyfriend's hair. He had mid length hair, needed a transformation and she accepted the challenge. Turns out it was a major success, and I have not seen him this satisfied with a haircut before! I highly recommend Ayaka if you want curtain bangs. I had uneven bangs from a home cut by someone else and I honestly thought I'd just have to live with it until it grew out. She was super sweet and managed to fit me in for a last minute appointment (however, it's better to book an appointment online). She was also very attentive, addressed any concerns I had, and will make sure you're comfortable with the actual length. She even went the extra step and evened out my overall cut. I had a haircut by the male stylist for a male neck length wolfcut for SIXTY 60 USD. I didn't want to be rude when I came in person to give my opinion but I hate my haircut. It looks awful on me! The stylist was polite and professional but the haircut he gave me didn't resemble the reference photo. I looked worse coming out of the salon. I keep looking at my reflection when I came home after the shower, hoping it would be better but it was simply wrong. Overpriced haircut that doesn't look good, makes me look awful right before I start my new job. The salon is beautiful and very clean. There are no hygiene issues. First time coming in, staff was so kind and helpful with setting up my appointment and answering questions about the service. I came for the Japanese hair straightening and a hair cut with Suzie. She was super nice, and explained everything in detail, very attentive and made sure I was comfortable at all times. The salon was very busy so I would recommend you make an appointment to get the best experience, everyone seemed to work well together and gave great service despite how busy it was. I would highly recommend this place and definitely ask for Suzie. I was in need of a haircut (trim) and I was searching to see which place did walk-ins and accepted credit cards. I went to two different hair salons and it was a fail. I searched again and I see this place had good reviews and close to where I was. It's hidden in a small shopping center and once I walked inside I can tell I found a good salon. Very nice and clean and the ladies were very welcoming and nice. She accommodated me even though she had a client coming in with an appointment. I appreciated that since I was just a walk-in. Came here for a last minute hair cut. (Make an appointment for future though haha) But anyway, I needed a haircut pretty bad so I came here and Rumi was able to squeeze me into her schedule while doing a perm at the same time! The decor here is quite beautiful! It was the first thing i noticed when I walked in. So when Rumi prepped me to get my haircut she washed my hair and after she was done she gave me this amazing head massage! It really relaxed me from laying my head on the wash sink. Afterwards, she asked me how much I wanted to cut. I told her however much was damaged (haven't had a cut in a while) so she cut about an inch. She even gave me a few layers for more volume because who doesn't love volume? :) she took her time even though she was working on a perm at the same time. she is definitely a sweet girl and knew exactly what I wanted. Will definitely come back. Why 3 stars though? For the price I payed I expect to get a blowout and not walk out like I payed $10. I payed way over $10 and just because I got a head massage and a wash doesn't cut it for me. Even though I didn't make an appointment a blowout should have been done. I've payed $20 before for a wash, cut, and blowout but $50 should have been mandatory! Ugh. That's my only dislike.. Which is a huge deal for me. read more

I've been all over the map and had great hair salon services but i think I found the one I've been looking for. Made the appointment the last minute since i was so unhappy with my current one. My mom came to get her hair straightened by a flat iron (not the permanent hair straightening, just the regular straightening that washes off when you wash your hair) and Jun did an awful job. My mom came home and her hair was not properly straightened at all...I could've done a better job on her myself. Unfortunately, they charged $40 for a horrible service and I can only imagine how little effort they probably put in on their other services too. read more

Gave this place a try and left with the worst haircut I've ever gotten. The owner, Bob, cut my hair and I ended up with uneven hair that makes it look I have multiple bald spots on the back and sides of my head. Everyone I have asked also agreed with me that the cut was done terribly. When I brought up my issues with the haircut, Bob argued with me that it looks fine to him and he sees nothing wrong. I don't understand how a stylist can consider cutting someone's hair unevenly and leaving bald spots as fine. He offered to cut my hair again if I didn't like it but I did not trust him to be able to do a good job and did not want my hair to be cut any shorter so I refused. Overall, it was not a good experience and I will not be coming here again. The quality of Bob's work was not worth the price he charges. If anyone decides to come here, I recommend making sure the person working on your hair is anyone but Bob. read more
