We have 3 dogs and we will be asking Brittany to help us with their grooming needs!

I am writing this review to warn other pet owners to use extreme caution before trusting this…read moremobile grooming service. After the grooming appointment, we noticed immediate and significant changes in our dog's behavior and physical health. Our dog became fearful, withdrawn, and displayed extremely concerning physical and emotional symptoms-and was not the same happy, innocent, bubbly baby we have loved and adored for 7 years now. We sought immediate veterinary care, and I have extensive veterinary documentation from the week of the grooming through the present. A veterinarian confirmed that our dog had trauma-related injuries requiring medical attention, and we continue to work through our dog's recovery while taking the appropriate steps regarding this matter. I am sharing my experience based on what we know and documented veterinary findings so other pet owners can make an informed decision and prioritize your pet's safety. Update reply: Scott, your response does not change what happened to our dog or our experience. We had a happy, healthy, confident dog with no health issues for her entire 7 years of life. The day she was returned from your grooming appointment, everything changed. She became fearful and withdrawn, stopped eating normally, and has since required extensive veterinary care for serious injuries and neurological issues. She is now on seizure medication as prescribed by our veterinarian. We have spent thousands trying to untangle what happened and help her recover. We know the dog we brought to you, and we know the dog we got back. We stand by what we said in our original review and believe other pet owners deserve to know about our experience before trusting their dog in your care.

He…read moreis 6 years old, 47 lbs, and has always been absolutely defiant when it comes to even touching his paws. His nails were getting pretty long, and the hair between his toes had grown out. I knew I needed to address this, but I was deathly afraid of traumatizing him. That's when I found FurReal groomers, less than 5 minutes away from my house. Aubrey was able to get me in right away. I dropped off my dog, and about 2 hours later she called me back to let him know that he was ready to be picked up. When I arrived back, Aubrey walked him out. He was sporting a bandana, a bowtie, and the most manicured paws I had seen on him since he had been anesthetized for his last teeth cleaning! She told me that he was not happy about having his nails clipped, but she still managed to get it done and was willing to work with him again in the future. The best part: even though I could tell he was not enthused about having had his feet messed with, he was not shaking or trembling. He had not been traumatized, so my biggest fear was avoided. For that, FurReal Groomers was worth every penny. If you have an anxious, stubborn dog, I truly believe they can work with you too. I will absolutely be patronizing this business again in the near future. Thank you!

A Million-Star Experience for Taco and Tater!…read more I can't say enough great things about FurReal Groomers! Aubrey has been taking care of my two dogs, Taco and Tater, for years, and I couldn't be happier with the level of care and attention they receive each time. From the moment we walk through the door, it's clear that the team at FurReal Groomers genuinely loves what they do. Taco and Tater always come out looking absolutely fabulous--perfect cuts, clean coats, and smelling fresh! But what really sets FurReal apart is the way they treat my pups like family. Both dogs get excited as soon as we pull up, which says everything about how comfortable and happy they are here, heck when we arrive they already are peeing themselves in excitement. The groomers are not only incredibly skilled, but they also take the time to make sure my dogs are relaxed and at ease throughout the process. Whether it's a quick nail trim or a full grooming session, I know they're in safe, loving hands. They're always so accommodating with special requests and truly go the extra mile to ensure Taco and Tater look their best, smell absolutely wonderful, and feel so handsome and beautiful. If you're looking for a professional, compassionate, and trustworthy groomer, look no further than FurReal Groomers with Aubrey. They've been a lifesaver for us, and I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else!!

He came home desperately thirsty, peed excessively, still had eye crust, and didn't smell freshly bathed. I was promised a call when he was done but never got one. Instead, I had to call four times in a row before anyone answered about his untrimmed nails. While the staff member was kind and refunded me, that doesn't erase the neglect. The salon also reeked, had bird poop on the floor, and piles of dog hair behind the counter. Most positive reviews are years old -- I'll be posting photos to show the reality.
